“Lovely stay - very close to the beach”

Super close to the beach. Air conditioning was much appreciated during the hot weather and the staff were lovely - very kind and helpful.

Everything went in the best order. Contact, service, cleanliness, location - ideal. Price very affordable. It should only be noted that the living conditions are not those of a 5* hotel and there are no luxuries here, but a typical Greek apartment from the turn of the century. However, it is very clean and cozy - well equipped with the equipment needed on a holiday stay: air conditioning, fridge, hob, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery, safe, WiFi, TV (with radio channels - it is worth listening to local music). Cleaning, changing towels (including beach towels) and bed linen on a regular basis. The only downside was the mattresses on the beds that were too hard (for me), but this is a very subjective matter. The hosts are very nice, and the surroundings of the facility are very well-kept, including olive and ficus trees. Overall, I am very pleased and sincerely recommend this place for a stay in the vicinity of Perissa.

Basic, but very nice apartment. Even though the village is very crowded, it was very quiet in the apartment. Just 2 min from the beach. You can park the car close to the apartment.

“Top location, very clean”

The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach (2 min). The apartment is very clean and the overall impression is better than presented in the pictures. It is being cleaned every day. The beds are very comfortable. The beach nearby is beautiful. We recommend taverna South wind with very kind personnel, offering two sunbeds and umbrella for 10 eur if you order drink or lunch (end of August). There is a big parking space in front of the apartment. We are for sure planning to come again in the future and we will recommend it to our friends.

The location is very good, quiet and very close to the beach. We were under impresion of cleaneless and every day cleaning service! Very good communication and help from the owner of the property.

Beautiful location in Perivolos - just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the nearest bus station to head back towards central Fira. The hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming, and the room was perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Santorini!

The apartment was basic but everything you needed, the hosts were brilliant and couldn't do enough for you. Athina and her partner are very friendly and helpful. we never cooked in the apartment but everything you'd need was there, air condition was very good and believe me you needed it, nice and quiet so it could be left on all night if needed. It was a short walk to the beach and bar/restaurants and I can state that we tried a different restaurant every night and could fault any of the food, some were very good and some were excellent. Back to the room, cleanliness was absolutely brilliant, Athina and her partner came every day at 10 am, cleaned and made the beds and every two days bedding and towels were changed. Sad to leave but even the leaving process was good, they have a locked cabinet to leave luggage and even gave a small handmade token for the ladies, highly recommended, don't expect luxury but expect that personal touch that's missing in hotels.
