This place is such a gem! The staff is beyond friendly, when we arrived we were told we got a room upgrade, which was lovely. We loved every minute of our stay, its such a relaxing, beautiful place. Already recommended it to friends.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was fantastic and we loved having our own private pool, where we enjoyed breakfast served right by the pool – such a special experience. And everything single day at the time we chose. The hotel also has its own private beach access, which made everything even more relaxing, especially because it’s directly at the beach and the sand is black. What truly made our stay unforgettable was Sissy – simply the best we’ve ever had! Always available, incredibly kind, and with the best restaurant recommendations and great tips for all kinds of activities in the area. We have never eaten so good in our lifetime for a whole week and it was all due to Sissy! She took care everything and we just enjoyed our stay! We would come back anytime without hesitation and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect vacation.

We spent eight unforgettable days in a place that, in my view, has been thoughtfully designed in terms of space and aesthetics to ensure a truly exceptional stay. Even when all seven suites are occupied, the sense of privacy remains intact. Some suites come with their own private pools, while an impressive shared pool of generous proportions is also available. The furnishings—whether in the rooms, on the terraces, by the pool, or on the beach—are modern, elegant, and of excellent quality. Every single thing was perfect. The privacy of the hotel was great. At the meantime, the hotels beach is rare to find in Santorini. The private pool and the main pool were both amazing. Sissy was very kind and helpful, and was there for us whenever needed. Would go back for sure.

Sisi, the hostess, and the entire staff were exceptionally attentive and provided outstanding service. Sisi took care of every little detail to ensure our comfort. The hotel is luxurious, conveniently located near the beach and excellent restaurants.

Facilities were very good and room was very clean and spacious. Sissy, the manager was very helpful and guided us towards the best local restaurants and tourist spots.

Modern Greek architecture gives the apartment with an outdoor pool a dreamy feeling of Greek warmth and homeliness at a high level. breakfasts are rich and very tasty and aesthetic. the cleanliness of the department is at a high level. the manager of the resort is a very kind and trustworthy Mrs. Sissy. I stayed in this resort for the second time and I will definitely come back many more times. The hotel is definitely the right choice for a dreamy, romantic vacation with a beautiful beach 1 minute away.

Everything was just wonderful. The property, faculties, staffs. Special note about the manager Sissy who is just taking great care of the guests. All the requests are attend to fast and well and she takes extra care to make sure you are having a nice holiday!

“Relaxing vibes”

We enjoyed every moment in the Black Rose Suites. The location is excellent; the atmosphere is relaxing and the breakfast very good. You can alternate jumping into the sea or jumping into the swimming pool since there are both a few metres away. Lots of options for lunch/dinner in local restaurants and bars along the beach. Excellent for using it as a "base" for exploring the island.

Great service, Private pool. No noisy neighbours, what's not to like?! Superb location.

“Perfect and friendly”

This venue was an amazing experience. The suites have their own pool or you can use the main pool or beach (5m across the road). Each morning they served a delicious breakfast, help with recommendations for beaches or places to eat. The staff are all absolutely amazing, Cissy and the team are so helpful and friendly. The hotel is pristine. It’s one of the best experiences I have ever had.

“Heaven on Earth”

We are very experienced travelers, and have traveled extensively through the years, and we have decided that this place exceeds all other places we have EVER been to. Sissy, the director of the Black Rose Suites, is a shining personality who has apparently decided that the comfort and enjoyable stay of her guests is the most important aim in her work, and thus there was not ONE thing that we asked or requested that was not answered and fulfilled. Everything was 10+. The room was very large and comfortable, the bed was terrific, the shower strong as we like it, and the breakfast that was served to our room was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! no less. If you are looking for a very relaxed stay, with a semi Olympic size pool, 100 yards from the Aegean sea with lovely sand, then this is the place. There are only 7 suites, most all of them with a private pool or a rooftop Jacuzzi (very intimate and quiet.) then this is the place. We LOVED our 5 days stay! and we miss Sissy terribly.
