“Hidden Gem of Santorini”

The owner is a very friendly and helpful man. He explained us everything about apartments, location and advised us the car rental place. We have rented both of the properties from him: Aegean Blue Santorini Perivolos (different property advertising) and Aegean Blue Santorini Perivolos 1 (current property advertising). But somehow we can leave the review in Booking system only for one of flats,so we will try to give information here on both of them. Both properties are located in the same building (1st floor and ground floor correspondently) straight opposite from the free section of the black beach - one has to walk only 30 meters to be at the sea. It is between two main leasure zones with bars and restaurants of Perissa and Perivolos. So there is always a lot of options to choose from, but it is much calmer during night. Next to the property there is a small shop, which has some basic things, which will be enough for having a basic breakfast. Big supermarket is approximately 2 km away, but it has bigger variety of products. Also 50 meters from the building there is a bus stop, with busses going towards Fira every 30-40 minutes. It is quiet a comfortable way to travel, if due to some reason you can't or won't rent a car. Cleaning happens every 3 days and the level of cleaning is superb. Let me tell you the positive sides of each accomodation separately. Aegean Blue Santorini Perivolos 1 (current property advertising): - Freshly renovated and very clean - Has only one room with two separate beds, so it could be good for independant travelers (2 friends etc) - Has a TV, Wi-Fi, A/C and Fridge on premises Aegean Blue Santorini Perivolos (other property): - Freshly renovated and very clean - Located on the 1st floor and has a huge terrace - Has two rooms: bedroom and living room with fully functioning american kitchen. It could easily fit a family of 4. - Has a TV, Wi-Fi and A/C
