“Great family property lovely pool everything. you could possibly need and a great location very near a large supermarket”

The property was a traditional home with a family feel the gardens were so beautiful and much cared for. The owners left us wine cheese milk bread and jam and butter which was so thoughtful. Two bathrooms with hot water even in a storm with no sun for two days. A real wonderful find so happy we found this villa and would recommend to anyone. I would definitely go there again

Jhon is really nice and helpful. The villa is located in a small village in a really quiet place. The swimming pool is clean and nice to enjoy. There is BBQ and a kitchen

Tranquil and good location

Exactly as described and a relaxing break we were looking for. The owners were lovely and very helpful. Beds were comfortable, and the villa has everything needed. Wonderful stay!

Superb warm and helpful introductory welcome by owners. Welcome basket of essentials checked with us on arrival (accommodating food allergies on request, when local shop was closed the owners drove further afield to provide allergen appropriate items). Garden is lovely, little pool immaculate, places to sit out - under shade or sunbathe all times of day. Lemon tree in the garden useful for our salads, drinks etc. Gated garden for added security, parking right outside the property. Not overlooked for sunbathing in the garden. Peaceful, tranquil spot, perfectly situated - for all we wanted to explore. Just the next road down in the village is a worthwhile little evening walk to Eagle's Gorge, or up into the village. Great local home-cooked dishes at Neromylos Watermill Cafe-Taverna in nearby Steni, also good food and welcome at Stone Lion, Goudi, and Rodia Tavern, Simou. We visited various places, including - Latchi Harbour, Aphrodite's Baths, Polis ( Ice cream - yum), The Sterna Winery at Kathikas, as well as lots of relaxing around the pool and swimming on many brilliantly sunny days. A highlight of culture was the Roman Mosaics at Pathos.

Peristerona is very beautiful little village. We were warmly welcomed and the house had everything we needed. Not to mention the wonderful garden where pomegranates and lemons grew! I really liked the pool, the kids had a lot of fun!

John is a lovely gentleman who made us feel very welcome to his lovely picturesque villa in the rolling hills of Peristerona. He quite clearly cares a lot about his villa and gardens and has a good mix of well appointed modern clean facilities including great air con, pool, barbecue and even roof top view. I will always have the fondest of memories barbecuing and looking out over the rolling tree-lined hills of Polis or gazing up at the starlit sky whilst taking in a few quiet drinks under the rooftop canopy. “Peaceful and Personal”

Our entire experience of Rose Garden Villa was wonderful. Our hosts John and Angela went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. They even treated our children to Easter eggs on Easter Sunday. They were kind and lovely individuals to get to know. We felt as though we had been welcomed by long lost friends and felt completely at home. John let us know we could contact him at any point during our stay should we need anything. This gave us peace of mind travelling for the first time to Cyprus with three children. The villa itself was beautiful, the garden was immaculate and full of wonderfully scented flowers and trees. We cooked most days and found everything we needed. The beds were all comfy with good storage and we loved the bedroom located in the original part of the villa that dated back 200 years and provided a taste of traditional Cyprus. The location was perfect for our family in that it was located away from the business of Latchi and Polis and provided a haven for relaxation. It took us less than 15 mins to drive down to Polis and into Latchi with its lovely restaurants and beaches. The drive back up through the surrounding countryside provided a much needed contrast to the scenery of north London where we live. I highly recommend Rose garden Villa for all types of visitors. For us as a family, the feeling of being at home and with so much space compared to a hotel helped us relax and enjoy each other’s company. We played board games in the garden and made Easter biscuits to share. Extremely grateful to John and Angela for a memorable and soothing holiday.
