John and Silky and their team did an excellent job of looking after us and made sure our stay was an enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

An amazing experience. The hotel was clean, the food was delicious, the staff was friendly. The view from the room was breathtaking. If I have the chance, I'd stay there again. I added a photo of the view from the room and a very delicious desert.

Friendly staff who are happy to drop you off and pick you up each day. Nice lounge area with wood fire and complementary cheese platter in the late afternoons. Good view of the fireworks out the front of the chalet.

The Swagman has a very homely feel. Super quiet location. John & Silke are lovely hosts, warm & welcoming. The flexibility of times for transport to/from the slopes each day was great, and John is extremely helpful with skis, luggage etc. Food was plentiful & very nice. Nice to have options for where & how to spend evenings in the variety of lounge areas. Room was compact, but had adequate space for storage of clothing etc.

The ambience as soon as we stepped into the venue was so warm and welcoming! The delicious dinner was just what we needed after a long day out on the snow …!

It was a perfect place with wonderful staff for our family stay, very helpful with luggage and flexible with our pick up and drop off times. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to stay. A great location close to the main snow fields .

Food was amazing and the staff were very helpful and nice to talk to. Being able to call up and be driven back to the hotel was unreal. Having free toboggans allowed for a few silly nights
