Just 2 minutes’ walk from the Perisher Ski Resort chair lift, Snowy Gums offers heated accommodation with Wi-Fi access. It features a sauna. The location is perfect for an on-snow accommodation experience. The staff were friendly and thoughtful—we received a morning update about the snowstorm and a follow-up call after we miss our check-in time to ensure we had no issues getting to the hotel. Although we had pre-booked a car park, we appreciated not being charged for the day we couldn’t access it due to the weather conditions. We stayed in a family quadruple room. While the space was compact, it offered generous storage space for our bulky snow attire which made a big difference. Some wear and tear in the hotel’s amenities is expected, but the cleanliness—especially in the bathroom—met our expectation and is something our family values highly. The on-site meals, bar, and entertainment options added to the enjoyment of our ski trip and made it a memorable stay

“Disappointing”
No one answers the phone and there is no facility to leave a message. The food is below average. Our bathroom was left dirty with toothpaste all over the floor. Powerpoints in the room did not work and had to be fixed daily Parking has to be booked. It would have been nice to have been informed before arriving. The dining and "lounge" area is freezing. The fire is lit too late and the room is full of smoke sending the alarm off daily. The toilets have no soap, the hand dryer does not work and no toilet paper unless you ask for it. No WIFI available. It was not working, however they gave a password. TVs don't work in the rooms.

The rooms were a decent size and the location was convenient along with parking. Having a restaurant and bar on site was also good.
