Transport was reliable. Meals were great (beef rib, duck breast, pork chop, salmon, ossobuco) & the wine list was good too. $12-$20 for a glass with dinner. Staff were great. I did not use the bar or spa, but if your a social person I heard it was fun. Old style of the chalet is to my liking & the temperature was spot on. Some places overheat the rooms, this was perfect.

Family run business that feels like a homey lodge. Staff were exceptional and highly rate them well on this! Professional and friendly. Charlee (manager) went above and beyond to help us feel well hosted and accommodated, especially after multiple flight delays and later transport to come for our first visit to Perisher. Charlee put us at ease in assisting us in getting to the lodge by picking us up. Ollie, Jade, and Michael are staff we remembered who served us daily for breakfast/dinner/bar and were super friendly and helpful, as were the other staff. Lodge has character to it with the ski/ European feel which was nice, alongside hearing the family background story. Transportation to and from ski terminal for ski days and with luggage to and from ski tube was a huge helpful service, especially after a big day of skiing/snowboarding. Good place to lodge for a big ski/snowboard day. Location was close enough to Perisher base. Skied/snowboarded out of the lodge to the main base lift. Hot tub after ski day was a great way to relax. Jumped in and out of the hot tub at the front of the lodge to the snow for hot and cold therapy. Drying room and toilet downstairs is useful. Dinning area looks out to the ski field- nice to look at for morning breakfast and dinner. Bar downstairs is cosy with a ski theme and a lodge feel that looks out to the ski field. Common room had various spaces for multiple small groups to fit comfortably, with a pool table, couches, tea/coffee available, fireplace, games/puzzles and TV to relax. Built a snowman on the front balcony. Had a great view out to the ski field in room 8a (Deluxe family room), looking to the front of the lodge. Having cooked breakfast (simple- but enough), and coming back to having a x3 course dinner meal available for us in the evening was something to enjoy and one less thing to think about in a dining setting.

Dinner was amazing and large serves. My son struggled to eat desert he was so full each night. The bar serves great cocktails and a nice selection of Australian wines. The spa is a nice way to end the day. The staff went above and beyond to make us welcome and the over-snow pick up and drop off each day means you get more time on the slopes and saves your legs!

The food was fairly standard breakfast fare. The dinner was very nice & plentyful. Staff were excellent, helpful, approachable and accommodating. The room was small, but warm with a comfy bed.

Friendly and helpful staff were very welcoming. Loved the cosy fireplace to enjoy apre ski after a soak in the spa. Food was comforting and delicious. Also loved I could ski on my check out day as my luggage was dropped down to me mid afternoon.
