Overview
Flora Bay 1 is located on Perhentian Island, known for its beautiful sandy beaches and dive spots. Sitting on Teluk Dalam Beach, it has an on-site diving centre, snorkelling equipment for rent, as well as a souvenir shop. Cosy and fitted with wooden flooring, all rooms come with either a fan or air conditioning. From the private balcony, rooms enjoy views of the hill, garden or sea. En suite bathroom has a shower. To get to Flora Bay 1, guests must travel to Kuala Besut Jetty to take a 30-minute boat ride to Perhentian Island. From Kuala Besut Jetty, it is an hour's drive from Kota Bahru Airport and a 2-hour drive from Kuala Terengganu. Water sports such as canoeing can be enjoyed at the beach. The resort also provides laundry services, meeting room facilities and an internet café. Local and Western dishes are served at the on-site restaurant. There is also a common TV available there.

“Enjoyed But End Up Could Be Better With The Room and Toilet Being Upgraded and Pls Include Wall Hook”
Friendliness of the staffs and willingness to guide all round from check in to room location to good food eat out and also updates about hiking route to windmill on the hill in Pulau Kecil. Great Service beyond expectation from all staff members. Room could use a better fan or an exhaust fan, very stuffy and in need of more ventilation. Should install mosquito net so that we can open the window for fresh and cold air at night. Toilet could use a better renovation in terms of water pressure, cleanliness was acceptable but can be improved. Beach was breathtaking, perfect and very nice. Breakfast was excellent should get the breakfast package so you don't have to think about it.

“Affordable, big breakfast and clean room”
The room and toilet both are clean. The breakfast is variety. The food also good and delicious at the restaurant. We took the snorkeling trip from the resort and works fine. Aishah the receptionist really helpful to sort our stay and making sure we got on the boat back to the jetty on time for our bus back to KL.

“A wonderful time outside of time.”
The property was right on the beautiful beach, and very used to dealing with a wide range of guests, so very helpful and kind with excellent communication skills. We used the hotel security box to safekeep our valuables while swimming. There were several interesting cafes etc just along the beach, all with wonderful sea views. There was good snorkelling to be had off the beach, towards shark point, but you have to go maybe an hour and a half either side of high water to have enough water over the reef. I wished we had booked early enough to have had accommodation with air- conditioning.

“Value for price and nice location”
The staff here is very friendly. The location is near to the beach. Breakfast also delicious and worth the price that you pay for the stay. Ac room is overall good with all facilities even with washing machine as in last picture. The snorkelling package available to book at hotel lobby.
