This place was just fantastic. The staff were incredibly considerate and efficient. The best coral and fish life were just out the front and we even did two day trips away from the place. Food was delicious. Rooms were neat and tidy and clean. Amazing outlook.

Location, the restaurant and most of all: the staff. Super water for snorkeling, equipment available and in very good condition. The sunset bar is great Gorgeously built in the forest, taking care of the natural geography and local environment

We had an exceptional, family-friendly stay. Check-in was smooth, and the team kindly accommodated an early check-in for our morning arrival. The all-inclusive dining was excellent—unlimited, varied, and consistently high quality, with options for different diets. Staff were warm, attentive, and great with kids. Facilities were spotless and well maintained: comfortable rooms, inviting pools, a well-equipped gym and spa, and reliable Wi‑Fi. The location is perfect—peaceful with beautiful views yet close to attractions. Ideal for families and kids, great value, and truly relaxing. We’d happily return and recommend it. Pros: Warm, professional staff; early check-in accommodated; outstanding unlimited food; clean, well-kept facilities; family- and kid-friendly; smooth check-in; reliable Wi‑Fi; beautiful, convenient location; great value. “Great option for a short getaway”

Not crowded. Surrounding areas are comfortable. Room is spacious, the outdoor balcony is amazing with great views of the beach. Great place to snorkeling around the resort with lots of fish and corals well preserved. Seating area around the resort are clean and tidy. Staff at restaurant and front desk are extremely friendly.

All staff are very friendly and helpful, from the boat service to the hotel, dinning, snorkeling and unlimited beverages and food, all are very good, we really enjoy our 4 days 3 nights stay there.

The staff team was excellent. Priscilla and Sel made our visit so memorable. Food was great, loved the Italian selection. Room was comfortable too. Really liked the deep tissue massage at the Bayu Spa. Snorkeling was good too, the staff helped those who were not as confident. We saw clown fish, shark, turtles and so many live corals.

Full board experience was genuinely great. From the warm hospitality to the seamless handling of special requests, everything felt thoughtfully executed. The coral adoption initiative was a meaningful touch, the spa delivered a relaxing reset, and the tour packages were well-organised and enjoyable. And somehow, we kept circling back for the tiramisu!

They have a good package for 3 meals provided. Good food. 2 different restaurant with different menus. We can charter the boat out to see sunset.
