The property was fine. We had a view from our room at the back of the hotel which wasn’t pleasant to look at but I think it was good to block the noise of the street. Breakfast was ok.

“Good hotel that fix coffeee tours”
I recommend you all to talk to to the staff about doing a tour to visit Finca del caffee. And make sure they send you with the driver Gustavo. He is super good.

Fabulous breakfast! Gorgeous big room / bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great location! The staff were so helpful and kind. Cesar helped us organise a trip to a coffee farm and he and the receptionist couldn't have been more patient with my poor spanish! Would absolutely recommend!

“Good central location”
Central location in a busy part of town. Good breakfast with variety. Front desk recommended an excellent taxi guy to take us around the city. Despite it being a busy street it quieted down at night and there wasn’t too much traffic noise.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights was the breakfast – a great variety of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. The location is also fantastic, Downtown I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a great overall stay

“Good option to stay”
Great location, waking distance to restaurants, supermarkets. Free parking next to the hotel. Big and clean room. The hotel is very comfortable and has a good breakfast, we loved Calentado.
