“Customer service from the receptionist was disappointing”
The location to the centre and circunvalar is great.You get what you pay for. It is not amazing and very basic but it's sufficient and breakfast is included which was nice. The cleaners and breakfast staff were really friendly.

When I arrived the receptionist told me that they didn't have more rooms, so I had to find another hotel

it's near the city center and you can walk during the day. The breakfast is very okay the staff is very pleasant also. Do not! recomend walking during night time, since the area looks kind of shady.
