We don´t recommend you stay here. The hotel has serious deficiencies in the conditions of the accommodation. During our stay, we identified issues that were shared with the staff since the accommodation did not meet the advertised conditions nor the minimum standards of habitability, including but not limited to: 1. Lack of cleanliness and visible mold on the room and bathroom walls and ceiling. 2. Beds without sheets, which is unacceptable for any lodging service. 3. Trash bins in the room and bathroom containing waste from previous guests. As well as trash bins in the facilities with waste spread all over the floor. 4. Bathroom facilities in poor condition (shower malfunction, bathroom door not closing). 5. Window and curtain defects that resulted in no privacy, especially considering the room was on the ground floor, next to the pool. 6. Loud music and Karaoke singing by the pool and kiosk from late evening until next day 7 am EST in the morning. 7. Extremely overpriced for the conditions, accommodations and service they advertised.

excellent staff, everything we ask the staff were ready solve it for us. We played multiple activities like pool table and a playground. Staff member helped me to charge my camera, they were problem solvers. Parking area was handy, table location with a good view. the food was great! Good breakfast, we asked to for another coffee without any additional charge, it was amazing!! it is a win-win.

The staff was super nice with us and always helpful. The facilities of the hotel are cool and it has different activities and games. The place is convenient if you plan to visit the coffee region.
