We arrived after booking to stay with pets, as it clearly shows on the site pets can stay. To be turned away at 11pm when we got to the check in.

Comfy and clean. Very helpful staff despite my bad ability to speak Spanish. Thank you.

“Decent place for a one night stay”

Very decent for the price. Read some negative comments on the area at night, but went out at night to the convenience store 2 blocks down and it did not feel like a dangerous area at all. Breakfast was ok, though nothing special. Decent place if you need a cheap place to stay in Pereira.
