If I could give a higher rating I would, the apartment is beautiful and perfectly situated 25 steps from the sea!! Right beside the pier for the boat to Thessaloniki and with many cafes and restaurants near by. Everything that you need for a lovely stay in Perea and our host was so helpful and very quick to respond. A huge recommendation from me.

The location is perfect, right on the beach, really close to tavernas. The apartment was fully equipped, very good air conditioning and ventilation.

It was the most beautiful accommodation where everything was provided for us. We didn't have to bring anything but ourselves. The sea was within arm's reach, the pictures about it and the accommodation were absolutely true to reality. It's a real gem where people will help you with everything in exchange for a smile. We had a great time at Sun and Sea appartment. It is located very closed to the sea (2 min walk) and nearby are great restaurants and minimarkets. Nade and Victor were very nice hosts.

The location is well situated.

Great position opposite beach. Easy stroll to shops and restaurants, comfortable apartment and beautiful sunsets just outside!

The host is very hospitable. She gave us a lot of usefully information and very good recomandations. It was possible late checkout and self checkin. Also the apartment is very very nice with a wonderful sea view. It's enough space for 6 peoples. The facilities are very good, including coffee, tea and glass cups in refrigerator(very good for a cold beer). All rooms have air conditioning. Car parking is free and possible next to the building. The beach is few seconds walking away. A small shop is nearby. Defenetly next time in Peraia we will chose again this apartment.

“The best accommodation in Perea”

The apartment was beautiful, even better than the photos. The view is marvelous, and there's everything you could possibly need. I would recommend it to everyone, and plan to go back again. The owner was very friendly and cooperative. Lana
