Overview
Located right on Perea Beach, Peraia Rooms offer rooms and studios with a balcony and free WiFi access. Several café bars and tavernas can be found a few metres away, while Macedonia International Airport is 10 km away. All air-conditioned units of Peraia come with a flat-screen TV and a mini fridge. A hairdryer is included in the private bathrooms. Some units have a kitchenette and views of the Thermaic Gulf. A bus stop providing connection to different parts of the area is 20 metres away. Thessaloniki City is at a distance of 25 km. Free public parking is possible nearby.

“Great location, great flat and great communication.”
Located in the center of the beach promenade it’s close to restaurants, bars and shops. Stunning view of the sea and sunset. Clean, well furnished, and just overall our best stay of the vacation. Great communication with Nitsa from Vento de Mare and they even let us stay until evening of the day of checkout for a reasonable amount as we had a late flight. That made our last day of vacation 100% enjoyful.

“Unforgettable vacation”
We spent an amazing week in Peraia, our apartment at Vento Di Mare was wonderful, clean, we had everything we needed, we could cook, welcome snacks and cold bottle of waters in the fridge were waiting for us, which was really good after our travel. We could easily find a taxi at the airport in Thessaloniki, but Nitsa also helped us to get a taxi back to the airport after our vacation, which was really helpful. We could contact her anytime and she always helped us. The view from our room was breathtaking, we watched the beautiful sunset every evening from our balcony. In summary, we were absolutely satisfied with everything and would happily go back anytime.

“A nice stay”
We stayed on the top floor in the room with the terrace. The terrace was amazing but the room is quite small. The host Nitsa was very responsive and helpful with any advice we needed. The location is perfect for walking along the sea with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

“Great 👍🏻”
We were extremely happy with both the room and the location – it couldn’t have been better! The price was just right and the whole experience felt like great value for money. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we were even allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated. The host was a lovely and friendly woman who made us feel very welcome. Overall, a great stay – we highly recommend it!

The location. Beach was across the street, everything was at 1 minute away - restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, tourist boats pier. I was at room 7 (top floor) which had the veranda from the photos. This veranda was great and with amazing views to the sea and beaches. There was a second terrace to the room which which was very convenient for switching between sun and shade throughout the day. Be aware that the veranda from the photos is private for the room and you get it only if you are in room 7.

“Fantastic Stay in Peraia, Greece!”
I had an amazing experience renting a room in Peraia. The location was absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, and shops. It was the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the Greek seaside atmosphere. The room itself was spotless, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. Everything from the air conditioning to the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and I especially appreciated the attention to detail. The service was exceptional as well. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always available for anything I needed. They made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
