The location is wonderful—right on the seafront, with a beautiful terrace and an exceptional view. It is quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bakeries.

“Amazing suite by the sea”

We had an amazing weekend stay as a family of 4! The apartment was super clean and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen as in the description. Perfectly located with an amazing sea view and close proximity to a supermarket and bakery. Private parking on site was also very convenient. We had a smooth self check-in according to Irene’s instructions, who was very clear, kind, and communicative throughout our stay. I would recommend this suite to anyone wanting to stay in the Thessaloniki area both in winter and summer!

“Beautiful, luxurious, romantic and perfect!”

An absolute dream accommodation! We stayed here for 2 days and can only say this was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever stayed in. Firstly, the location in Peraia is perfect! You’re staying in a slightly quieter stretch of the beach at night so sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves is amazing. That being said during the day you have absolutely everything you could ever want at your fingertips. Restaurants, cafes, beach, grocery stores etc are all right there. The apartment itself is the epitome of luxury. Impeccably clean, it has a lot of decorative features and not a spec of dust. It smells clean, fresh and new without the usual distraction of chemical cleaner. All appliances are top of the notch, from the dishwasher, fridge, stove and washing machine (all cleaning appliances also come with plenty of detergents to use, no need to buy or bring something with you). We’ve never stayed somewhere where you literally have everything you need and we’ve stayed at some incredible places. Beach accessories (umbrella, chairs, cool-bag etc.) ✅, a trolley to pack up groceries or beach stuff ✅, vacuum to maintain in between services since brining in sand is inevitable ✅, plenty of towels including make-up towels ✅, fully stocked kitchen with every accessory you could need ✅. There is so much more and I could go on for days but I think I made my point. The attention to detail is impeccable and impressive. Shower has fantastic water pressure and hot water is quick and plentiful. Two toilets is convenient and a nice extra. On an esthetic note, you also get the most beautiful view of the sunset every evening which is so dreamy and romantic while sitting on the balcony. The cherry on top was our host, Eirini. She is THE BEST! She sent videos before we arrived showing us how everything works and where to find things we might need. Communication with her was so easy and pleasant.

Just put it this way, the apartment ks gorgeous with breath taking view. Spacious and has more than anyone can ask for. I strongly believe is the most beautiful property in Pereia! Host very friendly and very helpful.

“Beautiful apartment”

The apartment is tastefully decorated, situated in an excellent location with a beautiful view. It is impeccably clean and well-equipped. The host is welcoming, attentive, and supportive. I rated it 9 out of 10 due to a temporary wifi issue in the local area that week, which affected my ability to work. Although this wasn't the host's fault, it did have a slight impact on my experience.

The apartment is located at the beachfront but in a more quiet part of Perea; nevertheless there are restaurants, a large supermarket, and a really nice bakery nearby. The apartment itself is done with a lot of quality and taste and each room is designed to make you feel as comfortable as you can be. The place is furnished with everything you'll need for an extended stay. Eirini - the wonderful host - got us covered whenever we needed help. Overall, an amazing experience, 11/10!!!

“For recommendation!!!”

We are a family with two children and on our trip through Greece we spent one week in the Mega Suite on the Sea apartment. I can only say two words, phenomenal and exceptional! The location is excellent and is located in the middle of the beach, which is approximately 8 km long. It is easily accessible from the main road and we had our own parking space within the plot on which the building is located. Handover of keys accurate to the second. The owner, Irene, waited for us to arrive from our trip, showed us where to park the car, led us into the apartment and showed and explained everything to us. The apartment has been renovated and everything is new. Fully equipped with furniture and appliances of high category and well-known brands. We had everything we needed at our disposal, complete dishes in the kitchen, washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, dishwasher, everything, absolutely everything including a sufficient amount of detergents and household chemicals and materials. The apartment is located on the beach and has a huge terrace in the width of the living room overlooking the beach. The immediate surroundings are peaceful and quiet. Restaurants, clubs, cafeterias and taverns are right next door while shops and supplies are in the streets parallel to the beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment looks much better than in the pictures! We had a great time! All recommendations! Thank you Irena!
