“Best place where you can have your vacation.”
I love how small Perea is, everything was close to our house so there was no problem going anywhere we wanted. I also loved the people in the city. Every single person I had the pleasure talking to was kind and helpful.

“Perfect Little Greek Oasis”
The property was really quirky very clean and very comfortable. We were made feel very much at home there and needed for nothing. Katerina & Giannini were fabulous hosts. It is a great place to stay and is well situated close to all amenities and the beach. The house is very comfortable with lots of little areas in which to relax and a lovely little pool set in a mature garden in which to cool down in. We definitely recommend this property as a perfect base for tourists/families wanting to experience Greek hospitality at it's best.

Host were very friendly, smiling and supportive. The house was very comfortable with nice verandas and yard. There was all the needed equipment in the kitchen. Place was only a short walk from the beach and taverns. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Perea is a very nice, small town with a nice sandy, shallow beach. You can find there many local taverns, shops, markets etc. Prices in local taverns are much cheaper than in Saloniki or other curorts in Chalkidiki. The house itself is very comfortable for a family 2+2, or 2+3. It's traditional designed with artistic twist. There is everything you need for your vacation: big swimming pool for children, garden has full sun in the mornings, shadow in the afternoons. The air conditioning works well. The bedrooms are big and the beds very comfortable. The house is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and the kitchen fully packed with pots, cutlery, simple products etc. The owners are very helpful and kind. They welcomed us warmly and provided wine, beer, softs drinks and sweets for children. Katarina is always ready to reply to your questions and help you with everything you need. I highly recommend going to Perea and staying in Katia and Yannis house. Perfect vacations!
