Clean nice apartament. Beautiful view to the sea. Comfortable big bed, tv, wi fi, refrigerator all the essential for a lovely holiday The apartament is close to restaurants, shops and very close to the sea. Very happy turists.

“Beachfront location at the heart of Peraia”
Location is beachfront at the heart of Peraia. Great view from the Sea View rooms. Little bit noisy from the bars, restaurants and people walking the promenade, but the window insulation is really good, so not an issue. A/C is central with individual settings possible and really doing good job. Bathroom on the small side with shower area not protected so water splashes all around. Difficult to keep the rest of the area dry.

The stays (we had two in a week) were fine and the host was kind and very helpful. The location is great, close to all the Perea restaurants, bars, etc. As a small piece of advise, if you wanna get a better price or a better room for same price, contact the host directly.

The room was super clean. The location is perfect!! Beachfront, lots of bars, restaurants and shops. They even left some breakfast snacks for us. Nobody bothered us the entire stay.

“Fabulous rooms with Fabulous views”
Plateia Rooms are in a prime location with views of the sea and beautiful sunsets. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. This was our second stay, and we would highly recommend the accommodation to others.

“If you want to go to Perea, this is a very good location”
In my opinion, the location is the best in Perea. From the nice balcony, you have a fantastic view over the central square, with sights of the pier and the sea. This accomodation has an own private parking, its 4 minutes walk.

Great location, the room was modern, clean and had everything needed. The staff were very helpful and nice. Clean sheets and towels every other day, perfectly clean as well. Private parking. All in all heat stay. Will recommend.

Very central locatjon, nice to have a balcony and overall it felt comfortable and fresh - just what we needed the night before an early flight back. The staff were also very helpful in organising a taxi to the airport.
