“Good value for money close to the beach”
The location was very good, super close to the beach and numerous restaurants, shops. We could take a bus to the city center (Thessaloniki) easily. Getting into the apartment was easy as well explanied. The host is very kind and responsive. The apartment was fully equipped and even had a large balcony with chairs and airer to dry wet towels, clothes. The two bedrooms were small but we only slept in them so was not a big deal. The living room was comfortable size. Good value for money because of the location and equipment.

Absolutely lovely host, a lot of info and they let us check in from 9 AM which was a huge bonus. Top location, very clean and not noisy at all. It was rather peaceful. Nice balcony, BBQ if you stay for a longer period of time. Everything you need.

If you want an apartment just 1 minute from the beach then this is the right choice for you :) The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. It is a large apartment that fits a group of 4-5 people or a family with children. It has a nice large terrace and a private parking space. Communication with the host was excellent, we especially liked that there was a self check in. If you are planing to visit Perea, I highly recommend this apartment:)

“Excellent!”
Location is 2' away from the coastline where you can find restaurants, bars, café and your parking lot is next to the entrance of the building. The apartment is good value for money, spotless and provides all amenities so you be comfort enough like as if you were at your own place! Big plus is the balcony where you can seat or have barbecue on the gas grill. The owner is very kind and 24/7 at your disposal for everything you need! I definitely recommend it for families and we will book it next time we'll visit again!

“Very nice stay, we will visit you again!”
It was a very nice family vacation. Very good value for this price. The location is excellent, very close to the promenade and all the restaurants and cafes. There is an elevator in the building and also a parking space. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, has a big balcony and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We very appreciate the self check-in, it was very good option. We have received very detailed instructions from our host, he was always available and ready to help. We will definitely recommend the apartment and come back again. Our kids were very happy to find there also some toys to play, which was very nice surprise. Thank you for your hospitality, Zoran!

Great location, the beach is just a few steps away, there's a small shop in the building right next to the apartment, many restaurants in the proximity as well. As for the apartment, it comes with 2 bedrooms, a wide balcony, a fully equipped kitchen + living room and bathroom. No issues with the Wi-Fi and you can also enjoy a show on Netflix in the evening.

“Dream stay in Dream Home Perea.”
Location was quiet and close to the beach, parking lot below the apartment, all needed amenities at disposal, cleanness on every spot, wifi signal perfect. Toilet was shining and there is big balcony where we were drinking the morning coffee and a grill for the ones who prefer to prepare barbecue at home. Owner was very supportive. The name of the property 100% corresponds to the feeling when you are staying in it. My wife was trying to find out what was missing but with no success.

“Perfect”
It has everything you need to live somewhere, big kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with big beds, big living room and terrace with barbecue on it, also the host was very kind and online 24 hours if you need something, if we go back to Perea, we well stay here again.

Nice and clean apartment perfectly located. It is very close to the beach, though quiet enough for a good night sleep. This is especially relevant for travelers with kids. The host was very helpful throughout our stay, quickly responding to our questions and requests.
