“Wonderful stay at the seaside”

Everything. We had all we needed. The house is very beautifully decorated with lots of taste and attention to detail. Everything is provided up to the sun screen and mosquito repellant. The hosts even offered ouzo, wine and home made jam on top of snacks and coffee when we arrived. View of the beach and seaside is great. It is the perfect place to stay in Pereia. Big lift in the building which was very useful for us being with a small kid and stroller. Definitely recommended.

The most appropriate name for this lovely place! The apartment is great, clean, situated very close to the beach and the restaurants in Perea. It offers even more than you need to feet at home, all kinds of kitchen utensils, sanitary products in the bathroom, different towels. And Natasa and Antonis are the ones to make a real difference! It was such a warm welcome with local beverages, snacks, good advices about the area and last but not least even a home made marmalade! We enjoyed evey moment of our trip!

“The best trip to Greece we’ve ever experienced”

We got very lucky to have a weekend in Cousy Home, the apartment itself looks different than on the pictures, once you open the door you feel like home, so comfortable and good-looking, the location is perfect as well, that took us 2 minutes to go to the beach. The owners of the apartment are so friendly and welcoming people, even despite they were in another city, we were on the constant chat where you can ask any question and get everything you might only need. Next year we are planning to come again and will definitely choose Cousy Home again. Thank you Natasha-Antonis for being so kind and welcoming. Definitely will recommend this location to everyone!!!

“Cosy Home, amazing friends!”

There are poor words to describe our vacation in Perea, living in Cosy Home. For real, we were "at home", in a chic apartment, surrounded by fine interior design details. The hosts waited for us like old friends with water, wine, olives, snacks, sweets and fruits. Cosy Home has everything a tourist wants when he goes on vacation on his own: equipment, kitchen tools, view and a very short distance to the sea. Restaurants and terraces on the seafront are a few steps away. We left with the regret that the vacation is over, leaving behind special friends - Natasa and Antonis and the desire to return as soon as possible. Thank you for everything, Natasa and Antonis.

“Just perfect!”

Very cosy and with love made apartments, very lovely. I felt like at home. The see is 20 meters from, if you want to get sunbeds etc just 5-7 min walk along the see. Supermarket close, all tavern are also close.Air conditioner works perfectly, the bed is very comfortable, flat is very clean and queit. You have everything you need and Natassa and Antonis always ready to help.

The hosts were very kind and helpful, communication was excellent. They gave us lots of local tips. The flat is very conveniently located, we had our breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea! It is such a cosy place indeed.

“Cosy Home with a cosy welcome”

We received a very warm welcome from the owners of the property. They were so helpful and friendly. They also left a welcome tray of drinks and nibbles, as well as provisions for our first breakfast. The apartment was perfect for a couple with everything you needed: towels, bedding, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrushes, a hairdryer, washing machine, airer and so much more. The balcony was great for breakfast or an evening drink. The WiFi was strong and Netflix was available on the smart tv. It was very clean too. The location is great as you are 2 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the main parade of tavernas. Then walk the opposite way from the beach and a great bakery was a few minutes away. We had hired a car from the airport so the parking at the property was very convenient. For days out, we went by ferry to Thessaloniki for €7 per person each way, drove to Halkidiki (less than an hour away), spent days on the beach or walked along the promenade to the next smaller towns. Perea itself is family friendly, with a very clean, sandy beach. It stays shallow for a long way out. As we were leaving, a life guard station was being built.

first things first: Hosts - extremely polite, helpful and cordial people. You can count on all help and guidance from them. The welcome refreshment exceeded our expectations (wine, beer, sweets....) !!!! Appartment - very 'cozy', fully equipped, in a quiet area, just a few steps from the shoreline. Big balcony. Location - good starting point to explore surronding area.

A lovely apartment, tastefully decorated, very clean with a spacious balcony overlooking the sea. You can reach the beach in a minute, tavernas are at a nice short walk along the seafront. It is very well equipped with everything you might need, you will find even a welcome package (with snacks, fruis, wine), prepared with care from the lovely hosts Natasa and Antonis. They are so friendly and attentive to their guests, willing to make you feel great in their home. Thank you again very much

Excellent location within walking distance of everything you may need, equipped like your own home. Stylish and functional, with excellent Wi-Fi and a sea view terrace. The most precious value is the hosts. Friendly from the first minute, with advice or suggestions to make your stay more comfortable. A reserved parking spot is a very nice addon. “Perfect place for quiet and cozy vacation close to the sea”

The apartment is located ~30 meters from the sea. There is a direct view to the sea (from the balcony). It is located on the second floor (possible access with lift). The apartment has two rooms: dining room with kitchenette and bed room. Bathroom is connected with a toilet. It have enough space for 2-3 peoples. The apartment is very well equipped. All necessary stuff was there (including washing machine or equipment for cleaning and cooking). Host very kind and helpful (some Greeks specialities were prepared as a welcome gift). Very calm and quite neighbourhoods. Restaurants are located +/- 5 minutes walk (but it is very quiet here also during night). Top class quality!
