The apartment was provided with everything that you would ever need, very clean, the view was spectacular, sea at 20 meters from the property, the location was not overpopulated. The host was friendly and wanted to help with anything that he could, we definitely will come back.

Everything was wonderful, starting with the hosts and ending with the quality of the services provided by them. The accomodation was exactly as shown in the pictures on Booking and very clean. Our host, mister Dimitris, was very kind and waited for us until we arrived, late because of our flight delay. He also offered any change of towels or suplimentary toiletries as we needed throught the vacation. He was very kind and offered to let us stay until very late and free of charge, as we had a late flight back home. Casa al Mare is situated just one minute from the beach, which you cand see from the balcony. On the beach there are many taverns with great food that provide free sunbeds in exchange for ordering something from the bar. Just around the corner there is a minimarket where you can buy water, SPF and fresh vegetables and fruits. The beach is sandy, no big stones in the water, ok for kids. Would recommend Casa al Mare 2 for a nice and relaxing stay in Greece.

“Nice apartement on the Peraia coast”

Apartement is almost new and big enough for 3 persons. Almost on the beach of Peraia. WIFI is great, there is also Netflix.. Dimitros is nice owner. We were there fo 11 days, after 6 days there was complete cleaning and change of towells. Also the towells for the beach. And we were allowed to stay in the apartement until we had airpane in the afternoon.

Dimitri, the host was welcoming and friendly. He was waiting for us with the key, and we found a welcome gift in the flat. The apartment was nicely decorated for Christmas, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, two minute walk to the beach and restaurant area. With easy access to supermarkets and pharmacy.

The apartment is very clean, recently renovated. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary accessories. The bed very, very comfortable. Location close to the beach. Close to the promenade area with many tavernas and beach bars. Parking at the property. The owner especially kind and hospitable.

Excellent location and apartment for our needs. So close to the beach and all of the restraunts. Mini Mart around the corner. There is a ferry close by if you would like to visit thessaloniki for the day or are travelling from there. We were very impressed with how clean the room was and the facilities. Also the owners were so helpful and kind. Can't recommend this comfortable apartment more highly if you are visiting this area. Would 100% stay again 😊

Location of the apartment is very close to the sea, everything looks just like the pictures. The apartment is very clean and new. Everything was great! The host, Dimitrios was very nice and always available to help, he brought us delicious traditional pie as a gift. Everything was great about the location and we appreciated the attention to details.

Cosy, nicely rebufrished apartment in a good location. The host was very kind and helpful, it was always looking what to help :) We were welcomed, prepared in the room with lots of small stuffs, jams, teas, cold water in the fridge. We've arrived a bit earlier than original check in time and the host was felxible and made the apartment quickly ready. You can see the sea from the balcony, and there are plenty of restaurants within and Mini market is also within walking distance. Private parking is also provided. We've enjoyed our stay there :)

The apartment was clean. One time more during our staying, the cleaning was performed. The hosts were nice.

Hosts are kind and nice people always ready to help. Studio is new,very clean and good equiped. It is close to the sandy beach with a lot of good restaurants and bars. Many thanks to our hosts!
