Service was amazing! When we need an iron or an extra key, we got help very quickly, always in a friendly and efficient way. Location was great, just in front of a bus stop and the main square of sea promenade with all restaurants. Apartment was perfect for a group of 5, everyone could get a comfortable sleeping place.

It is located literally 50m from the beach. Many restaurants, a couple of bakeries and a supermarket nearby.

The accommodation was just a few steps from the pier and many tavernas. We highly recommend this place – the private courtyard parking was also a big plus that we truly appreciated.

Everything was wonderful. Christos is a fantastic host. The rooms were spotlessly clean. We were a whole family with a small child, and this was one of the most beautiful and memorable holidays we’ve ever had. There is a free parking spot right behind the building. The beach is literally 2 minutes in front of you, and there are plenty of great tavernas nearby. We can’t wait to return. This place is still constantly in our thoughts.

There were five of us, two adults and three children. The apartment is spacious, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. Cleaning the apartment, changing towels. The friendly host.

Christos was a very caring host. Whatever we needed, he took care of it immediately. He also gave usefull tips where to go and what to see in Perea. There is no need to say too much about the location. Since the house is in a very central location, we never used our car, we went everywhere on foot. Everything in the house works exactly as described and was enough to spend a trouble-free holiday.

Excellent location. Very close and near to the beach and main street with many attractions and beach bars. Private parking with electronic key is a big plus, always can rely on spot. Every day room was cleaned and towels and sheets were changed. Very nice view from the balcony.
