A nice and quiet place to spend your holiday with 7-8 minutes walk to the beach. What we liked was that we could enjoy the coolness of the air conditioning in the middle of the summer ,the wonderful sunset that we could see from the balcony. A nice and clean apartment with a sofa bed in the living room and a king size bed in the bedroom . The apartment is perfect for a family with 2,3children. We had all the facilities we needed. We highly recommend this property for a great holiday.

“Perfect in every way!”

The sea view was amazing!! I loved everything about this location. The apartment with two bedrooms is very spaceous, perfect for 3-4 people. The bedrooms are so beautifully decorated, the beds are more than comfortable and the bedsheets are so soft. I liked the fact that we could walk straight into the balcony from both bedrooms. The kitchen was a very pleasant surprise. We had everything we could possibly need. The bathroom, once again, just perfect. We were even given a hair dryer which made me so happy hahaha. The cleaning lady was so so sweet and helpful. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes long and there are many tiny stores and supermarkets nearby. Lots and lots of restaurants and tavernas everywhere and even accessory shops. You’ll have everything you need! Overall the location was PERFECT!!!! Don’t hesitate to book!

“I would recommend to everybody!”

I fully recommend Apartments Holiday for a vacation. The beach is 2 min away, balcony overlooks the sea, reception was opened when we arrived, and very helpful with the information we needed. They cleaned the apartment extra fast when we arrived so we checked in couple of hours earlier, they safeguarded our lugage until our flight the day we checked out and allowed us to change and use their facilities until our flight. The cleaning service was everyday and the lady cleaning was kind, nice and did a great job. Will stay again!

“Great stay”

Everything was nice. The apartment is clean and very well equipped (but keep in mind that it doesn’t have supplies as coffee, washing machine detergent, sugar, salt). The beach is 6 minutes away, we were with 2 kids (5 and 7) and it was fine for us. And the view from the balcony was wonderful. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We recommend!

Excellent accommodation, in a good location. The host is at your service all the time, the apartment is cleaned every day except sunday. If we come to Perea again, it is certainly the first choice.

“Great choice”

Great balcony, provides shade exactly at noon. Extra service balcony for drying clothes. Apartment well equipped, pretty much anything you need. Daily housekeeping (except Sundays).

Great host. Great accommodations. Loved it that we had two balconies on either sides of the apartment so we could easily get some air flowing and get the temperature down to an acceptable level. We also had all needed amenities in the apartment. It was nice that we could have our breakfast on the balcony, while enjoying the breeze.

Amazing and clean apartment, location is perfect, close to the beach and close to Thessaloniki airport (15 minutes by car)

Pleasant environment. Clean and comfortable apartment. Daily care of garbage and first-class cleanliness. We highly recommend it for couples or families with children. The water is shallow near the sea. Great cooperation and willingness with everything.
