I am delighted with this apartment. The apartment is very clean, very nicely and tastefully renovated, has a sea view and is right next to the cosst and has everything you need for complete enjoyment.

The apartment is commendable, it is very comfortable, it has a living room with a view of the sea and three bedrooms. It is very nicely renovated and extra clean, it has a view of the sea and is very close to the sea, it has all the equipment for the beach and even two bicycles if you want to take a short ride along the coast or to the shops. Kudos to the donor, in my opinion this is the best apartment I've been in and I will always come here from now on. A clean ten for everyone! Greetings and see you again soon.

“Amazing apartment”

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Perea! The space is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located just a short walk from the beach, with a lovely view to enjoy every day. The terraces are incredibly spacious, which was perfect for our 21 month old toddler, he absolutely loved it. The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped with everything you could possibly need: washer, dryer, dishwasher, beach towels, even bikes. Traveling with a small child can be stressful, but here we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. The kitchen is fully stocked, and honestly, there wasn’t anything we felt was missing. The beds are very cozy, and the quiet neighborhood made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. Parking was always easy to find, which is a big plus. Most importantly, the owner is incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped place to stay!

Everything is ok

Place to feel like at home, perfect apartment equipped with all appliances to can cook and enjoy in the vacation when you want to skip the day walking. Placed on the perfect location near the sea and a big balcony with sea view to enjoy with a glass of wine. Beach staff as beds, chairs and umbrellas are on your disposal without additional cost. The host is so friendly and helpful for each situation. For our baby we had a crib, food chair and child cart also without additional cost so you don’t need to take anything with you except the suitcases. Definitely we will back at Apartment Perea next year and honestly l recommend it to anyone who wants a perfect accommodation

“Relaxing and nice”

The apartament is cozy and nice. It is very close to the sea, smoth entry into the sea, ideal for our baby boy

The location is excellent,very close to the beach.The apartment is spacious,renovated and equipped with everything you need.Cleanliness is at a high level.Each room has air conditioning.The kitchen has everything you need a toaster,coffee machine,dishwasher.etc..The owners are available at anytime for anything you might need.We stayed for two nights but we will definitely come back again.We highly recommend this apartment.

The location of the apartment is perfect. 🏠 1 minute walk to the beach. The host is helpful to the full extent and incredibly sweet. ❤️ The apartment completely exceeded our expectations. Luxury amenities and beautifully clean apartment. It also has two terraces with wonderful views. Everything you could possibly need is in the apartment. 😍 We will definitely come back here and more than once! The nearest shop is one and a half streets away - 3-4 minutes walk (Sklavenitis shop) But there is also a LIDL a little further away. Lots of good bars and restaurants very close to the apartment. Wonderful location of the apartment because you can really find everything nearby!! I definitely recommend this apartment to everyone as no one will be disappointed!! 🏖️☀️

Good price for the area, offering 3 bedrooms which is often hard to get without using a sofa bed. Host attentive and easy to contact.

It was an amazing experience. The host was amazingly attentive and warm. The house had absolutely everything, we rested with the child and it was adapted to the child. apartment was Close to the sea.

This apartment is perfect for beach vacation! The host provides all the essentials such as sunbeds and beach chairs. And the best part is that it's only a 2-minute walk to the beach. The host is very nice and friendly)

“Amazing and perfect apartment”

Amazing apartment equiped with all necessary appliances to feal as at home, the owner think about everything to not miss something. Even we have on a disposal food chair, crib and stroller for our children which is a big benefit not to carry them with us and fullfill car`s trunk. The aparment is spacious, cozy, comfortable and clean with big balcony and sea view where we enjoy with glass of wine. Also, we have on our disposal 2 bikes and beach equipment with toys for the children. The host is very kind and friendly and always supporting and helping to have a nice vacation. I am impressed with the accomodation, its rare to find a condo like this one: clean, spacious and equiped with everything and I am recommending it from the bottom of my heart, most sincerely, to everyone who decided to spend the vacation in Perea to book Apartman Perea. Excellent apartment close to the sea and many restaurants. Big balcony with sea view equipped with seating and deck chair. All rooms in the apartment was fully equipped. It had everything for children as baby food chair and baby bed. We were very satisfied for the equipment for the beach. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend.

Everything, from the front door, the bedrooms, bathroom, the living room and the balcony with the sea view. It was exceptional that the host is quite dedicated to the details, he provides additional and helpful things like feeding chair for children. It was extremely handy for feeding my younger child, as well as the baby bed. Tranquil nights with a good sleep for all of us. For the walks by the sea, we did not need to carry our own baby stroller, it is also provided by the host. The apartment is luxury equipped, with nice nude colours, the furniture is new, the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you can think of. Towels and bed linnen are nice and clean. The host is very welcoming, good communication skills and generous.

Very, very beautifull and comfortable apartment, very well equipped kitchen with all needed appliances. We were really supprised related to children appliances, it had everything you need: crib, baby food chair and baby stroller and all with good quality, which means a lot with small children and helpfull. I give 10 to this apartment 50 m distance from sea and sea view from the big balcony. One big thank you to the owner that make our stay conmfortable and feels like at home and our next stay always will be at Apartman Perea. Honestly I recommend it.

The view is more than amazing, the accommodation more than cozy, the hpst more than friendly. Equipped with new and all necessary devices and a grill on the balcony so our stay were more than a comfortable. Located in the perfrct spot in Perea in a quiet area near to the centar and in front of the beach. We can not rate Apartman Perea highly enough and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our stay was more than pleasant. The owner is extremely hospitable, friendly and with a good taste for enterer. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, the furniture is great. Fast and stable internet also it has Netflix. Moreover, the kitchen is brand new, and fully equipped with kitchenware. The sea view, astonishing, the terrace is comfy and cozy as well as the apartment, you can enjoy the view with a glass of vine. The owner provides great costume. Everything is perfectly clean and smells amazingly. Overall about the enterer is pure ten, due to the coziness and it has everything you need. The location is perfect, 50 m from the beach, all the stores, coffees, restaurants and bars are close.
