Beautiful and modern design, everything is clean and well maintained (the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and the pool multiple times a day). The breakfast was generous and really delicious, every day serving different delicacies. The owner and the stuff were very friendly and always addressing our needs. This is a great place for kids as well, having a small pool for them, playground and a lot of place to run. You also have access to bikes for free. What you see in pictures for sure will be exceeded when you arrive on site. We can say that we fell in love at first sight! P.S. The beach is 3 minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel was clean with spacious beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and a balcony. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, great coffee. The owner of the hotel made sure that the guests felt good. The place is very peaceful and suitable for families with children.

We are a family of 4 and stayed in the two bedroom suite. We had the best experience possible. The hotel has a large garden and is very wisely located, the swimming pool is in the backyard, the hotel building is far from the road, the parking is large. Absolutely everything is clean, outside and inside. The breakfast is perfect, with very good selection of high quality food. We also loved the Karavostasi beach, located just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I definitely recommend everyone Olivista Boutique Hotel.

Our daughter found this hotel and it was the perfect choice for a family. Wonderfully located hotel, super clean and lovely decorated, very close to the beach, which allowed us to enjoy and relax upon arriving. The host (Michalis) was very kind, welcoming and friendly, shared with us a lot of tips and recommendations, even negotiated a fair price for renting a boat that took us to Paxos. Thank you for a great stay!

Sparking clean, modern and quiet small hotel. Five minute walk to Karavostasi beach. Great breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice and lots of options. Excellent staff and constant care for the rooms, pool and garden area. I strongly recommend this place and will gladly visit again!

The complex was very modern and clean. We had a large balcony, and a useful kitchen area. There was an insect screen so we could leave the balcony door open at night, rather than having the aircon on. Breakfast was very good, with freshly squeezed orange juice, and eggs cooked to order. There were different additional items every day. The swimming pool was lovely, and very large.

A really nice place. Superb breakfast, nice pool and garden. Michaelis and Irene we're super nice.

“A great place for a family holiday away from the crowds”

Breakfast was a small buffet of homecooked pies, both savoury and sweet, with freshly-squeezed orange juice and eggs cooked as you like. Fresh fruit was on offer, and you can order the coffee of your choice at no extra cost. Frankly, perfect, The pool bar is open from noon to nine with a limited lunch menu but excellent-quality food. Evening meal can be enjoyed at numerous taverns and restaurants all within a 15 minute drive (we particularly liked Agali and Psarokokkalo); for those without transport, there is a perfectly good tavern (Scala) at the end of the beach with great views (10 minute walk from the hotel). The (Superior Double, Garden View, Ground Floor) room was light, with modern design and spacious. Beds were very comfortable, and cleanliness both in the room and in general throughout the hotel was first-class. The hotel does not have many rooms, which gives the excellent pool an air of privacy even when shared with other guests; in fact, when we stayed (first week of August) we often found ourselves the only people using it. The clever design of the hotel and facilities gives the impression of space wherever you are, which we found particularly attractive. The beach {Karavostasi, 3 minutes' walk from the hotel) has sunbeds and umbrellas for rent at reasonable rates (10 euro per set per day) with none of the oppressive management of such we found at other beaches towards Sivota (especially Megali Ammos - give it a miss!). The beach itself is wide, mainly composed of fine pebbles, and the sea is warm, crystal clear and turquoise. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, but what really made them stand out (for me) was their discretion. Always there when you needed them, never there when you wanted privacy and quiet. Our holiday at the Olivista Hotel was as near perfect as could be.

Everything was perfect! The food was excellent, mainly homemade things. It is cosy, stylish place, very close to a nice beach. We will come again for sure!
