Everything about this place is amazing! Starting from the location-very close to the center and in the same time quiet and peaceful, the hosts Jenny and Dimitris are exceptional! They go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. The house is very modern, new, with high quality details, beds are very comfortable, the pool and garden are great with an amazing view. I even started to have a new favorite morning moment when I found on the terrace table every day a new home made delicious surprise from Jenny. We felt like home and there was literarily nothing to complain, on the contrary everything to praise! We will for sure come back again.

“Fantastic”

Quiet and relaxing location close to the fun town of Perdika, which has loads of restaurants and amazing sunsets over Corfu. It's a short drive to some beautiful beaches and Sivota. The villas are family run and it shows in the level of care. We were brought delicious home made treats by Jenny throughout our stay. The kids loved the pool.

The most perfect property for a chill holiday. Very modern Villa with everything you need including private parking and a lovely pool to cool off. My hubby loved Perdika and Karavostasi beach and of course the lovely Jenny who brought us fab food every morning….our fave was Filo pastry with Feta cheese Thank you Jenny and family

“Beautiful Villa's and just WOW!!”

We stayed here for one week and wish it could have been longer. The villa was perfect and very comfortable. Tzeni arrived every morning with something freshly baked for all of the villa's, which was over and above what was expected. The facilities were excellent and the private pool lovely. We absolutely loved the place. The local area is ideal for a quiet break and plenty of good restaurants in Perdika. The villa was cleaned every day and clean towels provided every couple of days. It's was 5 star standard of service. These villa's deserve the 5 star reviews they get and Tzeni and Dimitrios are doing an amazing job. So friendly and are on hand if you need any advice or suggestions on where to visit. I can't give them enough praise and will be delighted to stay again. We hired a car for the drive from Preveza and it was about 1hr 15 mins to the villa. Many thanks.

The hosts met us at the door and were wonderful throughout our stay. Jenny made us beautiful home baking (e.g. chicken parcels) every couple of days. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. The property was immaculate and we will definitely be returning next year once we can confirm flights!

“Great, Comfy Stay - Home away from Home...”

Our hosts met with us even before we parked the car. They were very nice and helpful. Helped us check in the house; asked us if we need anything and even answered in full detail all the questions I asked about nearby beaches, Paxi and Antipaxi islands. The house had everything we needed, even a very nice swimming pool which our teenager sons loved. The house had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with a kitchen. It was a great pleasure to stay there. Tzeni brought us great delicacies that she herself cooked and we loved them. She even gave us marmalades and olives that she herself made. Thanks so much for everything. If we ever come back, we will definitely stay here again. Because Elaionas Estate Perdika is definitely a home away from home...

Modern, clean, comfortable accommodation with a lovely private pool and outdoor area. Tzeni and Dimitris work very hard and make you feel very welcome with surprise delicious treats. Perdika has a good choice of restaurants and we had an excellent meal at The Crabs Taverna. Our favourite beach is Arillas. We would definitely go back again.

The villas are new and in a beautiful location, overlooking an olive grove. The hosts are very nice and did their best to insure us a comfortable stay. We very much appreciated the home made pies they gave us each morning for breakfast. We’d for sure like to come back.
