This house has an excellent location and bay view, it has the potential to be a great holiday house, should the owners decide to invest a minimum of care.

Perast is the best place to be in Montenegro for sure! The stairs are very exhausting though, but that is why Montenegro is called Montenegro, right?! ;) Upstairs terrace has the best view! If you stay with your friends, just run straight upstairs and grab it. Trust me, just run and don’t look back.

“Spacious home in Perast”
The view from the balcony was amazing. The house is very spacious and in a great location, only a short walk downhill into Perast. In the downstairs apartment, there are 2 rooms with dbl beds (one with ensuite), a fold out sofa in the lounge and small kitchen. Upstairs, with a separate entrance, is another room with dbl bed, bathroom and tiny kitchen in the attic.

“Not worth the money, but Perast is lovely”
The view from the balcony was great. It's in a quiet area, the apartment is spacious. Good wifi connection.
