Lovely stay! Friendly host, clean and comfy studio. The shared terrace just steps from the sea was magical, perfect for relaxing, watching boats pass by and enjoying a swim. Highly recommended for a stay near Perast!

We stayed at the Deluxe 2BR apartment. It is located right at the water. The apartment is spacious and clean.

Lanlord is so polite and warm welcoming and she always asked us if we beed anything . Amazing location, amazing landscape view , wonderful sea and mountains. I ll be going again Perast and will prefer the same place.

The most unbelievably beautiful location, right on the waters edge with views across to the mountains. The apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean. We loved sitting having breakfast on our private terrace under the grapevine and swimming at the little private beach. A short walk along to restaurants serving fresh seafood cooked over coals on site. For us this place was heaven. Nad, the owner, made us so welcome and cooked the most incredible food. We will be back!

“Unique stay by the bay.”

Amazing private access to Boka Bay with beautiful scenery and very friendly hosts. You get a balcony to yourself as well. The food is great (fish, shrimp, calamari, mussels and varied breakfast). You can relax to your hearts content. You can easily get a bus into Perast (1 euro each way) using the blue line which runs once an hour. The road is pretty busy so I would not recommend walking into Perast. If you are looking for somewhere unique this is for you :)

This is the second year we are coming to Apartments Krivokapic and we love it. It has the perfect location, being situated right on the sea with a mesmerizing view. The food served in the restaurant is delicious. 10/10

Great place if you want to be away from the crowds of tourists. The apartments have private access to the water, the room is equipped with everything you need (dishes, cooking space). There is a cafe where you can always eat, and 2 minutes walk to the oyster farm.

Spacious, old stone building. Directly by the bay with the possibility to swim (only for the tenants, no outside tourists). Good and easy communication with the friendly owners in advance to our arrival. Perast is only a few minutes away by car (the road is not pedestrian friendly).

The location was superb. We wanted somewhere quiet and away from the busier villages and this met all our expectations. There was a shared area outside the apartement with exceptional views accross the sea/lake. It was great being able to swim every night. The host runs a small open air eating area upstairs where the locals come to eat. We had seafood rissotto one evening watching the sunset which was packed full of seafood. One morning we had breakfast and coffee for 19e which consisted of different cheeses, bread, hams, salad and delicious coffee. The host was very friendly and was able to help us find a transfer from Podgorica. The road behind the apartment goes all the way around the edge of the lake/sea and we were able to catch the bus around. I wouldn't recommend walking it though as it was a busy, windy road. Parking is available in a lay-by just 100 meters from the apartment.

Beautiful and cosy place with a very nice host. Extremely good cuisine served by Sonya. Access to the beach and amazing views.

The apartment is right in front of the sea, out of the door, into the sea. View is amazing. The house is like living in a dream. Food is amazing (thank you Sonja). Black ink rice is a must to try! Very friendly and helpful host.

Nice view from the apartment, small beach in front. The apartment is nice and clean, the bathroom is on the ground and bedrooms on the first floor with air con. You have washing machine also.
