Located 300 metres from the centre of Perast, Apartments Franović is surrounded by a peaceful and lush garden with a barbecue and set on a hill that overlooks the sea. The nearest beach is just 70 metres away. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available. All apartments are air-conditioned and offer a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Private bathroom provides a shower, while some apartments overlook the sea. Nearest restaurant can be reached in just a few steps, while a bar and a grocery shop are available 300 metres away. Bike and boat rentals can be arranged 100 metres away. Tennis courts are located 3 km from the apartments. The owners can organise fishing trips, as well as tours to Perast and Boka Bay. Local buses stop 50 metres from the apartments, while the Main Bus Station is 15 km from the property, in Kotor. Podgorica Airport is 20 km away and shuttle service can be arranged for an additional cost.

We really enjoyed our stay in Perast. The apartment had everything we needed for 3 nights. We specifically enjoyed the big, sunny terrace with lots of opportunities to sit and relax, the AC in the apartment and the parking lot right next to the apartment. Also, it’s only a 5min walk to restaurants and to the beach-area right by the sea.

Truly a perfect place to stay and in an ideal location of Perast. I think this is the only time accommodation has actually looked better in person than in photos. The private terrace is the highlight. Very clear and helpful instructions from the host and it would have been difficult to do correctly without them

Imali smo odlično iskustvo u ovom apartmanu! Vlasnica Milica je izuzetno ljubazna i susretljiva — pomogla nam je oko dolaska, pronalaska lokacije, kao i sa preporukama šta posjetiti i gdje jesti. Apartman je imao sve što je potrebno, lijepo opremljen i veoma čist. Sve je bilo na visokom nivou i osjećali smo se jako ugodno tokom boravka. Topla preporuka svima! 😊

“Two minute walk up steps from the waterfront but we’ll worth it for this lovely apartment”
We had the apartment with the terrace and sea view. We spent most of our time out there. Otherwise, lovely clean apartment and very helpful hosts.

“Beautiful place in a beautiful town!”
We rented two apartments. One was with a big beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. The apartments were clean and had kitchens. The ac was located outside the bedrooms which I really liked. And it had a parking space, which is a luxury in Perast.

“Fantastic apartment with amazing views and a lovely host”
Before we arrived Stefana sent us a video showing directions to the apartment and where to park. Super helpful. A huge bonus is the free parking space as there aren't many places to park in Perast. The apartment itself was fantastic, comfortable and good facilities, with the most amazing views from the lovely private terrace. Stefana was a lovely host and even arranged a taxi for us and back to an amazing restaurant (Catovica Mlini). She did this very quickly when we asked. Thank you. The location of the apartment is great - higher up so you get views right across the bay but not too far from Perast waterfront and all the restaurants. We wished we had stayed more than 2 nights. Highly recommended.

“Wonderful apartment with gorgeous terrace for views and relaxing”
We loved the terrace, gorgeous space with a great view of the bay and opposite shore as well as cruise ships entering and exiting Kotor. Great to have a separate bedroom which was small but more than adequate. Bathroom is super modern with a great shower. Kitchen facilities very useful for us. It really is a great apartment, highly recommend. Owner was also helpful at telling us about buses into Kotor
