Apartments Admiral offers stylish air-conditioned apartments with sea views, LCD cable TV and free WiFi.The nearest beach is a 4-minute walk away and can be reached by a stairway. The apartments are located in the middle of the town, between the coast and the main road, accesable from the sea ( around 100 stairs ) and from the main road around 100 meters. The Old Town of Perast is a pedestrian zone but the guests of Admiral Apartments can reach the property by car. The property is 25 km away from Tivat Airport. A shuttle service to the airport is available at an extra charge. Restaurant with a summer terrace is located off site and can be reached within a 4-minute walk. The nearest bus station with national and international bus connections is situated in the UNESCO-protected town of Kotor, 14 km away.

“Perfect location with a romantic terrace and beautiful views”
The location is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of town. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights was the romantic terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the church tower. Breakfast was also nice and was served by an external facilitator. Once you arrive, the place feels really special and deserves an excellent score.

“Best spot in Perast!”
This has to be the best view in Perast. We booked the sea view room and have no regrets about the extra cost. It was the perfect way to unwind and just watch the boats go by against the majestic mountain views. Our host was very friendly and approachable. She looked up bus times for us, shared some of the family wine and just made us feel so at home. In a town that gets busy with day trippers, this apartment was the perfect place to get away and have a slow start to our holiday. Also, the breakfast is very generous!

“Beautiful views...historical town, excellent breakfast....lovely host.”
Very easy to collect keys, host was there to greet us, she communicated well and even booked us a taxi from the airport. Melita our host was really lovely, friendly and would do anything for you, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was excellent, Sonja the waitress was very attentive & friendly too, and another lovely person with a constant smile on her face. The apartment had fantastic views of the whole of Perast bay & clock tower, we constantly watched the cruise ships go into Kotor. We also noticed a few weddings going on......very picturesque town for a lovely event. For us it was a quite very relaxing place.

“A Peaceful retreat”
Milica is a lovely hostess she made us feel so welcome. The apartment has everything you need for a nice relaxed stay, a balcony and a private roof terrace with exceptional views of the bay, we will be back.

Exellent location near the St. Nicholas church, very pleasent host and clean accommodation with beautifull balcony and view to Perast and Boka. Full recomandation. Also, very nice breakfast was included in price.

Amazing views, a balcony and a private roof terrace with exceptional views of the bay and surrounding hills. The host , Millica was lovely. Super friendly and helpful. We had an amazing time and were spoilt. Breakfast was gorgeous, sat by the sea.

The property is well looked after and the host was wonderful and so welcoming. She made sure my stay was perfect and assisted me with whatever I needed. The view from my room was stunning, and the property is in a prime location in the centre of Perast.
