An absolutely stunning apartment so thoughtfully decorated with every possible need in mind. The terrace area was beautiful with outstanding views across the bay. Our host was incredibly accommodating!

Spacious, comfortable and quirky. Sunny, private garden overlooking rooftops to the bay. Stunning view. Friendly welcome. Short walk up steps to bus stop and down steps to bay , restaurants and mini market.

The host was incredibly warm and helpful. He met us, showed us inside, helped carry our bags, and patiently introduced all the apartment facilities and how to use them. The apartment was very well-equipped with great attention to detail, and we were even able to watch Chinese TV channels, which made us feel right at home. The next day, he carefully explained how to take the bus, walked with us to stop the bus, and helped us get on board. He told us this route was the best one to make sure we wouldn’t miss our flight. He also said there were no guests the next day and we could stay as long as we wanted, which was so thoughtful and heartwarming. Highly recommended!

“Pleasure in Perast”

The host has thought of everything facilities wise. There's nothing I needed that I didn't have. We had help with the luggage to/from the car, which was most impressive and welcome. The large outside terrace and furniture. You can choose to be in the sun, or the shade.

I stayed only one night, the host was welcoming and kind and the apartment was lovely and well equipped. The view from the balcony is great and Perast itself is magical 🩷 A tip for the guests - follow the instructions from the video the host will send you and you'll find the property in no time, otherwise it could be a little tricky because of the unique infrastructure of Perast. I'll definitely stay at the Apartment Mediterraneo Seagull again!

“Excellent value apartment in the old town.”

The location was fantastic. Perast old town has many stairs. The apartment was situated about half way up so a good spot to stay without too much climbing. It was an older style apartment which is to be expected in the old town. Had everything we needed. The terrace had excellent views. The host was responsive to my needs.

“A lovely stay, great value for money with the bonus of a beautiful restaurant next door!”

It had a beautiful location above the village. The decor had a lovely quirky theme. The owner was lovely meeting us at the car, carrying our bags and opening a bottle of cava that was chilled in the fridge. My husband had a beer and then there was an honestly box. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk were provided. The owner helped carry our bags when we left the property. The owner communicated very clearly.

Fantastic property in a perfect location in Perast. So handy for everything and an amazing terrace with a beautiful view. The staff were 10/10 they couldn’t have been more helpful, on WhatsApp and in person, best hospitality we have ever received from an apartment host. We absolutely loved our time in Perast and will 100% be coming back and staying in this apartment. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.

“Very authentic style apartment and great terrace in the middle of Perast”

The apartment is very nice. The interior is very personal and beautiful, the host has decorated everything very nicely. In the kitchen you can find everything you need. The host has a very good parking slot solution, because parking is very limited in Perast. He sent us videos and photos to find the apartment and he welcomed us personally. When we left he helped us carrying our luggage to our car (you need to climb lot of stairs because the apartment is in the middle of Perast). The balcony is very beautiful and you have a great view.

Very nice view of the terrace. And a lot of facilities that we could use. Enough space and enough places to sit.

“Nice apartment with lovely view but definitely cheap and cheerful and in need of some TLC”

The apartment was good for the price paid, it did have everything we needed in the apartment and we were able to request a travel cot for our 8 week old daughter which was helpful. The host was very friendly and replied to messages when we had issues with the internet not working for half of our stay (people upstairs in another apartment had turned off the router!). The view from the terrace was lovely to wake up to in the mornings.

We really liked everything in the property. It was the one of the best we got in Montenegro. The vibes of the property are amazing. The owner was so lovely and friendly. The kitchen has everything you need. The location was perfect 🤩. It’s close to the beach.

The host was very nice, the apartment located just in the middle of the city close to attractions but in a quiet place, amazing view from the balcony, comfortable bed and well accessorized.
