“Cute little apartment and amazing views”

Cute little apartment and amazing views. Loved sitting outside in the morning and late afternoon. It’s a 2 min walk to the main street. Host explained where to park the car on an upper street with a direct route to the house via stairs. Parking was easy to find in mid June.

“Great stay in Perast, highly recommended”

The apartment was beautiful, with nice decorations and accessories. The host kindly allowed to check in early and gave us a few local tips which were much appreciated. The view from the balcony is stunning, and the apartment is located only a few minutes from restaurants and the lake. Definitely recommended

“Great view over Perast”

The best view you can have in Perast. The terrace was amazing with breathtaking views of the bay. The property is having the necessary utensils to cook if needed. In addition there is AC. Recommendation- there could be a sticker which electrical switch should not be turned off so that the boiler is working all the time. We did a mistake one of the nights to turn off everything and in the morning we had to wait for the hot water.

Absolutely beautiful property in a perfect and stunning location. Away from the business of the main stretch of Perast, but close enough that you can walk there in minutes. Had everything I needed. Thank you so much.

Facilities. The owner provided many little extras such as coffee, sugar, salt, beach towels, beach mats, cool bag, freezer ice packs to name just a few. It had an Alexa and TV too. He also brought us some sun beds for the balcony. The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, very good air conditioning, a good shower and a very comfortable bed. Location. The view is spectacular / breathtaking from the little balcony and is great for spending time in the morning and evening, it’s a bit hot in the afternoon. Perast is stunning. There are a few places to swim at each end of the resort but they are very limited. There are many steps. To get to the apartment from either the road above, or up from Perast! Parking There are spaces at the side of the road but you cannot book these. We moved our car 3 times and were able to get a space on our return each time. The owner will send you pictures to follow in order to find the parking and actual apartment. I would not hesitate to return

“Beautiful stay in peaceful Perast”

- The apartment and its amenities were great - the balcony is lovely in the morning/evening! - The host clearly cares about the guest enjoying their stay - there were loads of thoughtful things, e.g. a thermal backpack and ice packs for shopping; beach mats; plenty of towels and blankets. It made the stay much more homely and enjoyable. - We felt comfortable in our stay; the location was beautiful and peaceful. When we arrived, the host showed us around and explained a few things to us that were helpful. We would stay here again.

So beautiful view.

Very well equipped little apartment with all the essentials. Beautiful view from the terrace where you can watch the boats make their way out to sea. Lovely stay, clean, friendly and the hosts had some excellent recommendations for food!

The room had excellent facilities and a wonderful romantic view to the perast coast. We also appreciated the design. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly
