“Absolute gem of a property”

The apartment is so beautiful and you can’t get enough of the view. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are two bathrooms. The bed is very comfortable and there’s so much space in the main bedroom. The location is excellent and everything you need is in walking distance. Our host was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is the first house in front of the promenade, which is small and short since the town/village is very small and cozy. The master bedroom and the living room look directly at the sea, and the view is breathtaking (the place is worth it just for that alone). But also, the coziness inside. The old stone architecture, with warmth and modern rustic details, with natural materials (mostly wood and stone). Candles everywhere, even a wall candle holder in the bathroom next to the big bathtub. We were in April with a small child, and it was important to have heating, so we could be warm as well. I bet in summer it is cooler and very pleasant too. Warm water all the time too, and an AC both for heating and cooling. The attention to detail in the interior, having all you need effortlessly placed. The windows open, and you can sit on the windowsill and enjoy the sea view and sea sound 5 meters from you, but from a height. There is even a library with interesting reads in multiple languages, a small old stone wine corner in the rustic but well-equipped kitchen, and a fireplace with firewood too. And a fancy but also themed bathroom, and a smaller, also themed toilet. Even the handles on the wall or kitchen cabinets are unique and artsy. There is even a painting easel and paints, and brushes, and when you come and see, you'll understand why. If I were longer there, I would like to paint that view too (and I don't paint :)). I mind details and small things that matter to me, like drinking wine in a real wine glass, and they have all glasses for all sorts of drinks, from wine to cognac and cherry. It is very spacious, so our little girl had all the space she needed for her games, and our little dog enjoyed it as well (yes, they are pet-friendly too :)). The people were as lovely as the place itself, being 10 minutes away if you needed anything at all. We just enjoyed it so much. Will return the first chance we have.

Location was absolutely perfect for us, we specifically came to paddleboard in the bay of Kotor and this apartment was literally walk down the steps and drop the boards into the sea. Beautiful small town with plenty of restaurants. The hosts were fabulous and super friendly.

Communicating with Rada was so easy and kind. You immediately feel at peace when you settle into the comfortable living area with gorgeous views on all sides.

“Perfect apartment in beautiful location”

The digital communication with the host Rada before, during and after our stay at Dyonis Perast was perfect. The communication with the local helping hands (Vera and her husband) could have been only possible with Russian but Rada acted as translator in both directions so every issue could be solved in short-term and to our full satisfaction. The apartment itself is situated in the first row next to the bay of Kotor. We were amazed by the spectacular views to the bay and surrounding mountains through every window. The audio system in the spacious living room provided additionally for the relaxing atmosphere.

Rada, thank you very much for the pleasant and warm welcome when booked. Excellent cozy house with your soul in it and a beautiful view from the windows. We forgot what sirens are at any time of the day or night, that we have a war, that russian terrorists attacked us, that they just wanted our land and wanted to destroy the Ukrainian people. Forget that we can live without a neighbour like russia who is a murderer. Thank you very much for your cozy apartment and wonderful Perast. We will recommend your apartment to all our friends!!!
