Right in the middle of the city of Penticton. Close to the beaches, vineyards, floating channel, shops, restaurants. Our home has been inspected and licensed by the City and we carry private insurance coverage for the loft. We are very much involved with your stay..a continental breakfast of coffee or tea, bagels and fruit is offered. We are extremely proud of the loft...it is quiet and well appointed. Our kitchen becomes yours..and either of the two bbq's. Rear garden sitting, bbq'ing..or sitting out front. We would love to be engaged with your visit. We love Penticton and vineyards and just hanging out. We want you to feel welcome and relaxed. Vid on Youtube..Sunshine and Wine Loft. Children...we say none, but..if you have a young one...please ask us. Pets...we have 3 pets...2 cats and a dog. If you have a pet, excellent! NO smoking. NO street drugs. We ask courtesy and respect. If a guest spills some red wine..it is much less of a drama if we are told about it so we can clean it up. If a guest just says nothing and checks-out. ...I get irritated. We are an inclusive home...all are welcome. There is a video on-line....using the name 'Sunshine and Wine Loft'. There is no added on fees for cleaning or pets

Breakfast was great. Loved having a bowl of fresh fruit just waiting for us to sit down. Our hosts Gary and Sharon were very welcoming. We enjoyed visiting with them and exchanging stories. Their backyard patio area is a neat place to sit back and relax. The room was very bright and very comfortable. Have to mention, it's a quiet neighbourhood, which is great for sleeping.

“A lovely visit”
An amazing place to stay. Cozy, extremely comfortable room and yummy breakfast every morning. The hosts were wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. They provided great visit suggestions. Wish I had taken advantage of the beautiful back yard.

Gary and Sharon were lovely and knowledgeable and the breakfast was excellent. It was also super nice that we got to do laundry. It felt more like visiting family friends rather than staying in a hotel.

The bed was divine. Enjoyed the jacuzzi tub, the size of the loft and bathroom, the friendly cats and dog, the fresh fruit for breakfast, cleanliness-‘, and the friendliness of the hosts.These hosts are profetand know what they are doing, right down to a Keurig, mini-fridge and Lindt chocolates in the guest room.

The hosts seemed friendly and very generous to offer use of kayaks. He graciously helped load and unload them onto our truck. He made a lovely fruit plate and good coffee. Very willing to accommodate our needs.

The room was very private, lots of natural sunlight, the decor was very inviting and cozy! The jacuzzi was a bonus. The continental breakfast was always fresh and delicious. What we found best was the owner’s hospitality, warmth and how they made us feel at home!

Everything was exceptional. Gary and Sharon were fabulous hosts! Enjoyed their conversations and information for outings - things to see/do within the area. They respected our privacy when we wanted to have our special moments. Code worked just fine; Keys not needed for our entire stay. Loved the salmon cream cheese with bagels for breakfast and all conversations with Alexa - she rocks, but can't bring the coffee! Buddy and Oscar and Rikki just part of the traditional family greeting! The hot tub was a serene experience.

Wonderful property. Gorgeous house. Room was quiet clean and comfortable. Hosts were gracious curtious and very accommodating. Will be back no questions!
