Staff was not present at check in at 5:30pm, Ring doorbell wasn't answered for about half an hour, emergency phone number wasn'tanswered either. Had to contact Booking.com to get someone there to check in, despite staff being present on the premises (came out of an apartment). In the room was an opened bottle of Gatorade from the last occupant still stitting on the window sill.

There was a mix-up with booking.com, and we got charged twice for our stay. Once by booking.com before our stay, and once by Shoreline Resort during check-out. What's more frustrating is Shoreline Resort charged our card without informing us, and we only got an email invoice 10+ days after checkout. It has been almost 3 weeks since checkout and this still hasn't been resolved.

Excellent location cross the beach, staff really friendly (young man Brennen- great customer service!!!👍 Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, cutleries. Pool was nice and clean. BBQ was there too. Restaurants, amusement fun park, witbit water park walking distance. We loved it and coming back next year.
