The actual room was amazing. The bed was super comfy, the lounge area and kitchen were of a high standard and the whole place was so tastefully decorated.

Spacious room with kitchenette in a lovely setting. Many nice touches (warm blanket for curling up on the sofa, restaurant recommendations, etc). Easy parking and clear communication. The area is residential, but it is a 20 minute walk from historic Pensacola. Nice curtains provide privacy. There was minimal footstep noise from upstairs, nothing abnormal for an old historic home such as this.
