The outside of the hotel looked nice. The employees were pleasant and helpful. The hotel location next to the airport terminal was very good.

Friendly staff and close to airport with a free shuttle. Unbelievably, they will take you anywhere within 30 miles of the hotel!

“Terminal Location is its best feature”
Ideal location to the airport. Hyatt in name only- having stayed in many Hyatts over the years their check in staff were the rudest and most incompetent I have experienced.

The breakfast is always good. It's our "go to" when we feel like getting away to a safe place close to home. My daughter used the quiet room to disconnect from everything and to study for her nursing exam. She passed it!
