“It was terrifying. I stay at your hotel a lot and should not have to worry about someone coming in.”
Staying alone and having someone open my room door at 9am. Luckily I had the stopper up to stop them from coming in. It was terrifing when your sleeping alone. There is no reason for staff to just walk in my room when check out was hours later!
