“Nice quiet getaway”

We only stayed for one night but it was really nice, the staff are all very friendly and the breakfast was good too.

“Lovely place to stay in traditional Balinese village”

The 2 studio apartments are situated on a quiet road in a pretty garden but there are some shops, a small supermarket and a few simple restaurants within walking distance. Walk through the village to the left of the entrance and after 10 minutes you will find beautiful rice paddies to explore. No one around. Just local farmers working in the fields. This is far away from from the usual tourist areas..a slice of traditional Bali which is fast disappearing. The owners were extremely responsive to all my questions and the staff were so kind and helpful. The bedroom was comfortable and spotless. I would definitely go again.

“A gem in an authentic Balinese area”

A little gem in the countryside. We stayed here to go to the butterfly farm. Very comfortable and great value. We were very warmly welcomed by the owner and the puppies. But don't leave your shoes outside or the puppies will chew them!

The hosts are very nice, we got breakfast served at 5:30am even because we needed to leave early! Perfect for a short stay and close to the beautiful rice fields

“We had a great stay!”

We loved the outdoor shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean and the small outdoor terrace is very nice, too. AC works super well.

“Amazing stay!!!”

We had the most amazing stay here (we stayed here for 5 nights). The place is surrounded by nature, it’s peaceful, calm, perfect place for relaxing and exploring Buruan and Tabanan by motorbike. There’s many food places, supermarkets, gym etc. close to the homestay. The host Made is really kind and helpful, breakfast was great (nasi campur). The rooms are spacious, we loved that the bathroom was open. It has a private balcony and a shared kitch which was great so you could walk around freely. It was a memorable stay and we would 100% recommend this place and we will come back!

Far from everything, too many insects and bugs keep coming inside the room because the door is broken. It’s not a villa; it's just a room we thought, at first, because of the rice fields. However, later in the evening, the room ended up with many insects and animals in the bathroom, even entering the room and coming to the bed. When it starts raining, it becomes even worse. When I messaged the staff in the evening asking them to arrange a car for us because Grab or any similar app wasn't working, there was no response until almost 6 am. Overall, it’s a nightmare for us. Once, we couldn’t find a way back to the city and ended up paying too much for a driver to come to us from another city. We can’t even stand or sleep or take a shower because the shower itself is kind of without a wall, and many animals are around. Besides that, when it’s raining, some water drops on us. The staff is not honest with us about all of that, not even offering any kind of compensation. As for breakfast, don’t expect anything.
