The owner goes out of her way to make you feel welcome in this well converted secondary dwelling in her home. The bed was comfortable and the sofa-bed also, and she made a great breakfast and kindly served it very early.

We received such a warm welcome from Lurdes. The accommodation was very comfortable with a beautiful, secluded garden to enjoy the sunshine. It takes only minutes to walk to the historic town where you can soak up the atmosphere, and the castle is definitely worth a visit.

“Great quiet place with a very friendly host”
Stayed there when cycling on the Camino del cid. The place was very nice and clean, with everything we need. Lourdes was very friendly and was able to arrange dinner and breakfast for me. There is a beautiful garden and a place to store bicycles. The place is within walking distance of the city centre and castle

“Peaceful get away, in very pretty village with its own castle and co-operative bodegas.”
Lovely location on the edge of the village - just a five / ten minute walk into the centre, with views over the local countryside and to the castle. Hostess was very welcoming and helpful, and gave us some good tips about local places to visit. There's also lovely co-operative bodegas at the other end of the village which produce's good value wines (approx 15minutes walk).

“A unique place to stay in the countryside”
Lourdes was such a lovely host. She greeted us with a big smile. The loft was super clean and tidy, and the stove was lit when we arrived. We were delighted about this as the weather was very cold. Lourdes cooked us a 3 course meal, which was tasty. We would recommend this unique spot to everyone who is in the area.

“Brilliant.”
Lurdes was the perfect hostess, kind, warm, welcoming. She is also a great cook! Nothing was too much trouble. The Loft is delightful. Very comfortable, warm and cosy, and very well equipped. Even Bob Dylan on the CD Player!
