Everything was perfect during our stay. We booked two apartments for 11 people and everything met our expectations. The location is great, it’s a 15 minutes walk to Paceville and St Julian’s. But there is a rocky beach 5 minutes walk from the apartment which is fantastic, I highly recommend checking that out. The host is responsible and the apartment are clean.

The accommodation was very good, perfect for those looking for peace and quiet, but also great for anyone wanting to enjoy the club scene — only a 15-minute walk from the nightlife area. Excellent value for money, 10/10. Highly recommended! (6 people – bachelor party)

“Modern design apartment for calm stay with fantastic view to the seaside”

This well-equipped 130 square metres apartment boasts a modern style with a fantastic view of the sea. The open and spacious kitchen and spacious terrace. Very bright Bathrooms near the master bedroom which has a sunrise in the morning if you like to wake up with light. Apartment also features two other bathrooms.

“Shame”

The stay started very badly. When we arrived, the apartment was completely dirty: the beds were unmade and there were even excrements in the toilets. We tried to contact the host for hours through every possible channel, but responses were very slow, sometimes absent, and occasionally misleading (we were told a cleaning team was already on the way, but after many hours only one person arrived and had to clean everything alone). Because of this, we couldn’t even take a shower or leave our luggage for a long time, effectively losing the first day of our stay. Despite this, no form of compensation was offered. The “welcome package” mentioned in the description was just a very small bag of chips, like the ones from vending machines. The ceiling is unfinished, which gives the apartment an unpleasant cement smell, and there was dust everywhere (under the beds, on the curtains). I had to take antihistamines every day to avoid asthma issues. There was only a broom available, no vacuum cleaner. Another issue is that after a certain time in the evening, the shower water becomes freezing cold until the next morning. It’s a shame, because with better management and a few basic improvements, this place could be much better. The apartment itself matches the photos, it is spacious and located in a quiet area.

The apartment was spacious and modern with three bathrooms, the beds were comfortable and it had a beautiful view to the sea. The apartment is close to St. George's bay.

Dirty. Very kind, but very misleading communication from the apt management side. As you have something serious problem ( you do not get the apt what you booked, or the apt is totally dirty: toilets, bathroom are very far from being cleaned), they take you for a fool. Not recommended, only if you want to spend your first day of your holiday cleaning someone else shit/pee/dirt/etc to have a comfortable place to stay. Everything!!!!!!!, from the moment we got there till we checked out - Andrea went out of his way to satisfy us in every way, nothing was too small for him to handle and correct immediately we raised it, and they were only minor things by the way , Thank you Andrea and team for making our stay in Malta (this time) remarkable, heart warming and unforgettable, We even saw the apartment from the ISEEMALTA catamaran boat on our way to Gozo and the Blue Lagoon and on the way back too.. We will be coming back to the apartment if we come back to Malta again although as this was our 3rd time, I think we have done all that needs to be done and seen on the island...LOL

A huge apartment, kids could run and run and run. Fully equipped, also with tea, salt pepper, shower gel itp. AC in every room, so you could stay cold in summer and hot in winter. Stunning view!

I enjoyed the sea view from the terrasse and even more that the flat is really close to the sea(a few minutes walk) in a really quiet area. The host Andrea is really nice and reactive if you need him.
