“EXCELLENT ACCOMMODATION - I CAN RECOMMEND IT WITHOUT THE SLIGHTEST DOUBT”

The accommodation truly looks just as good as it does in the photos – the pictures don’t lie. The apartment is located in Pembroke, near the town of St. Julian’s. It is easy to find, as the Granny’s shop is in the same building. Just a 2-minute walk away, around the corner, is the Napuljun bus stop (route no. 14), which goes to St. Julian’s, Sliema, and Valletta. A 6–7 minute walk takes you to another stop, Pembroke Park & Ride, which offers even more transport connections. The fare for a single ride is €2.50, while a weekly pass with unlimited travel costs €25 (September 2025). The nearest grocery store, Maypole, is only a 3-minute walk away. A well-rated restaurant, Nineteen 02, located near the Pembroke Park & Ride bus stop, can be reached in just 6 minutes on foot. The apartment’s neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, as well as for washing, drying, and ironing clothes. The bathroom provides plenty of soft towels in various sizes. The TV offers numerous satellite channels along with Netflix. Guests also have access to books, magazines, and tourist brochures. As there are unfortunately mosquitoes in Malta, all windows are fitted with mosquito screens. The air conditioning works perfectly, and a large portable fan is also available. The wardrobe and large chest of drawers offer ample storage space for clothes. A great bonus is the terrace. The hosts are exceptionally kind and attentive. Mr. Mario speaks fluent English and Italian. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with snacks and drinks. On the day of departure, Mr. Mario kindly offered me a ride and allowed me to store my luggage until the evening flight home. The hosts also thoughtfully informed me about various events taking place on the national holiday and recommended attending them. Communication was smooth both via WhatsApp and in person.

the place and the apartment itself are excellent, the bus is right in front of you, close to the beach. The shop, the owners are very nice and willing to help. My wife felt bad, Mario immediately called an ambulance. Great people. Regards.

The home owner Fiona was a very nice woman, who enlightened us with information and welcomed us warmly. Coming in to the appartment the decoration was cozy and very cute. We felt at home. There is a Small grocery store 3 mins walk. After we left she even found my stuffed animal and repaired it for me, which is so nice of her. This gives an indication about how lovely the couple is. Mario was very friendly, helpful and polite host. He was very welcoming and recommended a lot of places to visit. I would definitely recommend this place if you appreciate quiet place to stay during your visit.

The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my visit. Here you will find a holiday apartment in which nothing is missing and where we felt very comfortable. It is very clean, cozy and furnished with a lot of love. The landlords are super nice and very helpful. My daughter and I can only recommend this apartment, we had a great time here. There's even netflix.

“A gem in Pembroke”

The apartment is a gem. Spotlessly clean and decorated to the highest standard. Mario and Fiona could not have been friendlier, and we're available 24/7 if I had any issues or questions. The kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances and tools you need. They made me feel so welcome and extended that welcome to my daughter who is staying at the nearby language school. I'm back in Malta with the rest of my family later this year, but unfortunately this apartment was not available for the dates or it would have certainly been a contender. I can highly recommend this apartment to anyone considering visiting Pembroke or the surrounding areas as it is well catered for by buses and taxis. Mario and Fiona were very kind and so helpful. They gave us milk for our tea when we had arrived late, and were very willing to help. The apartment was perfect, very clean and had all amenities required. The bus stop is across the road which was very much appreciated in the heat. Thank you both.

“Sparkling clean and friendly hosts!”

The apartment was sparkling clean, very cool (we didn’t have to use the AC once and we went during a heat wave) and the hosts are super friendly!

The apartment was very beautiful and well furnished. Mario and Fiona are really kind and helpful. Everything was perfect.
