⭐ Excellent stay at Paramount Residence! Everything was perfect, clean, and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. We had a very comfortable stay and found nothing to complain about. Highly recommended, and we will definitely visit again! 😊

The host was friendly, helpful and responsive. Even brought us some food since we came in the middle of the night. We actually ended up extending one more night. The facilities were nice, the kitchen was very well equipped. The only downside is the location since there is nothing around. Couple of small shops that's all. It is a good point close to Colombo central area if you want to sleep in more quiet part with less fumes.

Best accommodation out of our month in Sri Lanka. All the facilities you could need in a large space and for a great price. The staff were super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The WiFi was amazing, several times faster than many other places we stayed. Location was super for us - just a €1 tuktuk to the city centre, but far enough away to have a neighbourhood vibe. Would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Colombo and wanting a comfortable place to stay with great set up for cooking, cleaning clothes, chilling out on the terrace and relaxing

“My stay from September 13th to September 28th was fantastic!!!”

I recently stayed at this wonderful accommodation from September 13th to September 28th, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The hosts, Priyanga and Dimuthu, were incredibly kind and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was not only clean but also a good size, providing ample space to relax. The bathroom was equally spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. I truly appreciated how well the kitchen was arranged; it was convenient and made cooking easy. The fridge and microwave were particularly useful for storing and preparing meals. Additionally, I felt very secure during my entire stay, which added to my comfort. Overall, I genuinely felt as though I was living in my own home rather than just a rented room. I would undoubtedly choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay! Thank you, Priyanga and Dimuthu, for an amazing experience!

1) More brighter light is required at bed room. 2) For an Indian, one charger plug is required for charging all electronics gadgets because the Indian charger is different. 3) A water purifier is required in the kitchen.

All facilities were up to the mark. Even the host was very welcoming. The apartment was very comfortable with all facilities even a 5 star hotel won't be abe to provide. Sincere Thanks to the host and his wife.

This was our second stay. Stayed 2 days when we arrived from the airport and again before flying back. More convenient than staying in Colombo, and much cheaper rent. Great place to stay! The best place I stayed during my trip in Sri Lanka. The facilities are exceptional. Owner is freindly. I could use the washing machine too for free.
