Easy parking. not central

The marketing pictures are deceiving as the hotel doesn't look anything like this (inside or out!). Were they taken 20 yrs ago?! Beds were very uncomfortable, and it's located in a grubby industrial area! None of this is evident at the time of booking, so we were lucky we stayed there on a weekend when surrounding noisy businesses were closed. The receptionist was lovely and helpful. The hotel smelt of strong cleaning chemicals as soon as you walked through the front door and in the rooms. The restaurant was very basic and due to the hotel location there were no alternatives for food. My travel companion was unwell after her meal, and I think it could have been the black sausage that she only had 1 mouthful of. It was an expensive exercise. There was xar parking in the street beside the hotel. We will not return.

We liked how easy it was to check in and how some of the staff was bilingual. Having the restaurant right there to eat breakfast was fantastic! A good variety of affordable options on the menu. Beds were comfortable with nice firm mattresses. It was comfortable to sleep and rest up over night.

We had a balcony with our room. More of a traditional style hotel but with latest key free / WhatsApp key locks .

We chose this hotel as we had a car and were worried about parking in the city. So the free street parking was appreciated. The woman on reception who greeted us was very helpful and friendly.

Good afternoon, Our drivers have enjoyed absolutely everything. The hotel personnel was polite and welcoming. The hotel employees are always happy to provide assistance for the visitiors on any issue relating to their rest. In addition, the coffee offered at the hotel tastes wonderful and is quite inexpensive. On the whole, our drivers enjoyed qualitative rest and complete relaxation. Whenever our groups come to Granada again, we will certainly opt for Hotel Philadelphia.
