I had a great stay at this property and would definitely choose it again. The location was excellent—very close to the city center, making everything easily accessible. The apartment itself was quite new, with modern furniture and a clean, well-maintained feel. The building is also newly constructed and has a contemporary design, which made the overall experience even better. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. I was able to access the keys and everything was well organized. The host contacted me in advance and was extremely helpful throughout the process. The directions and instructions provided were clear and more than sufficient, and their responsiveness and friendliness really stood out. There was also a convenient parking space available, which was a big plus. Considering all these advantages, I found the price to be very reasonable and great value for money. Additionally, all the amenities worked perfectly—the TV, heating, and hot water systems were all reliable and of high quality. Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. If I visit again, I would happily stay here without hesitation.

Lovely near new apartment in a quiet family orientated building. The view from the 7th floor was amazing and the security elevator worked well. Only a minute to small markets and 10 minutes or so easy walk to the heart of Peja. Comfortable big bed and great facilities for washing clothes. The owner was extremely helpful and responses were immediate. Organised a transfer from Pristina Airport for us with the amazing Toni who also took us on a day trip around the area. Would highly recommend.

I really appreciated the thoughtful layout of the apartment – the separation of the rooms made the stay very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and spotless, and the overall interior was stylish and well-equipped. The location was also excellent, with easy access to everything I needed.

Spacious, clean, well furnished, safe and convenient parking, great location for exploring the old centre of Peje on foot and really quiet. The balcony was an added bonus. Our host Rroni was super helpful, responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

The apartment is equipped with everything we needed and has comfortable beds. The owner responded quickly to all messages. Highly recommended by all members of our group.

New apartment within walking distance from city centre. The host was very friendly, helped us with all our requests. There is airconditioning and a nice kitchen. Great private parking for the building. Beds sleep well. Good baby bed. I can recommend this apartment for a family.

we liked everything about the apartment. - it was clean - modern - equipped with everything you need such as dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, air conditioning etc... - 2 bathrooms - a fantastic view both during the day and at night - The owner was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. we will definitely come back here!

1-Easy checkin The host came when we arrived and gaive us the keys and explained to us. Checking out was also easy 2- The apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean. It had 2 bathrooms and two bedroom one of the bedroom bed was compfy also had a balcony extending to the living room and there is 2 small chair and table in the balcony . The view was beautiful from the living room. 3- Complete kitchen utensils, and bathroom has towels, soap, shampoo and washing machine 4-There is a large car park under the building, so you can park anywhere 5- The location is quiet, there is no disturbance, and at the same time it is close to a beautiful park and also close to the bazaar. We went by walking to the bazaar, and on the other side , we waliking to an open mall even we have car but we enjoy walking in the area The host was very nice and I thank him for his good hospitlty

Persos te tjerave jemi falenderues zoterise qe ka qen shume ndihmues dhe gatshem me cdo gje dhe sidomos per IPad-in per femije qe harruam ne apartament dhe pa hezitim na e dergoi ne Shqiperi . The property was well located within walking distance from the centre which was a huge advantage, furthermore the place was very clean and warm, and thirdly the landlord was friendly and even gave me and my family a list of the best local restaurant. Definitely will recommend and will come back again to this amazing apartment.
