This hotel is super clean. Since the moment I entered the hotel, I could smell the cleanliness. The staff is so friendly and flexible for the costumers. The nights are quiet. It is in the city center, and all the good bars and restaurants are super near you could see them from the balcony. It is also super affordable. I can’t wait to be back.

The Balcony was amazing, comfortable bed with 4 pillows..excellent. Hotel is in the city center, everything was close grocery store and restaurants or ice cream.

Location was the best in the city, close enough to all amenities, I enjoyed sitting in the room having my coffee and watching the world go by. Beautiful view of the City on one side and beautiful view of Rugova mountains on the other side. Being in central location, yet, very quiet at night, beds were very comfortable and sheets were crispy clean. The hotel is brand new, brick build and modern. Rooms were very spacious with modern furniture, impeccably clean, warm enough so I didn’t even have to put the heating on (being February) The Staff was extremely helpful, welcoming, always smiling and catered to our every need, they go above and beyond to please their guests. I ended up spending another night in Benelux and I’m happy to go back there when next time I visit Peja. Astrit also helped us with our bags to and from the car. There were nice restaurants nearby, Pascucci downstairs in the same building very good and modern restaurant also it’s worth mentioning a lovely family run restaurant just around the corner called Gega Family Grill house, absolutely fresh delicious traditional food. I am looking forward to visiting Peja again and I am definitely going to staying in Benelux. Massive thank you to Astrit and the team for your excellent hospitality, we had a delightful stay.

“Very Modern”

Hotel is very new so everything in it is modern & clean. Room was excellent, very comfortable and spacious. The balcony was a bonus as I was able to sit out there in the evening and watch the world go by! No problems with noise, I suspect the room is soundproofed so very impressed with that. Breakfast was good at the cafe underneath the hotel and all the staff I met were friendly and professional. Location was good, hotel is close to the city centre and maybe 10 minutes walk from the bazaar. I'd definitely recommend and would be happy to stay here again.
