Set 13 km from La Plagne in Peisey-Nancroix, The French Lodge offers a ski school, a ski pass sales point, a sauna and a fitness room. “The worse experience of my life in a vacation or hotel I stayed in - STAY AWAY!!!!”
In terms of the French Lodge we had the worst vacation in our history and we have been traveling for ski for 20 years. It is super expensive and for no reason, very far from the Ski Resort and you waste time for no reason on the way back and forth, while there are many places close to the ski in and ski out. It was a very bad experience to stay there - It all began with the fact we arranged all in advance with the owner of the French Lodge, but when we arrived after a long day, they let us stay for hours outside of the Lodge in the freezing cold as they were not there. Later on they claimed we must put a deposit of 2000 Euro, that later they didn't return it due to a house outside damage made by natural weathering and conditions of the facility. Which is an outrage. They also asked us to pay for a stain in the . sheets. One more thing - they claim they bring breakfast, but you get a brad with 3 courasons for 6 people. They claim they have warm pool and ask for a lot of money due to it, but the pool is cold all the time, we asked to warm it and they refused. Finally their treatment is very bad to their guests and they hate all the people that are not French and we felt from the words that because we were Jews and we didn't want to pay for an outside weather demage that they hate the Jews and will never let Jews go into their Lodge. Please stay away, you will regret it. ,

“Overall, we had a wonderful holiday!”
Our 8 person apartment (Blue River) in The French Lodge was very spacious, had comfortable beds, and well appointed bathrooms and kitchen. Our kids had a fabulous time in the swimming pool and one of the parents gave great reports on their massage. Most importantly of all, the owners, who personally set up a WhatsApp chat to facilitate communication, were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, especially considering the last minute nature of our booking. They helped us sort out lift passes, equipment hire, restaurant bookings and provided recommendations on where to ski, and it was a pleasure to get to know them throughout our stay. They also have a local concierge service that sorted out (a delicious) breakfast each day and were on hand for other ad hoc requests.

“fantastic mid week stay”
We went to the french lodge for a midweek ski. Everything is superprofessional organised by the hosts. From the moment that you arrive until the moment that you leave everything ( breakfast, dinner by local chef,…) everything is arranged. Very warm people. In short a place to recommend to stay in Peisey. Really top
