Everything! Clean, modern and had everything that we wanted

We received a warm welcome. We were also able to store our motorcycles in the hotel’s small storage room/garage. The beds were comfortable, and the spacious balcony had chairs and a table. Breakfast at the café downstairs was really good. We were able to choose whatever we wanted from the café’s menu for breakfast.

“Lovely and perfect”

Most friendly welcome, beautiful room, great balcony, perfect beds. Generally lovely atmosphere. Tasteful breakfast downstairs. In summary: it was perfect, more than one can hope for.

I had an excellent stay at Vicolo Malavolta 7 Rooms. The owner was very kind and helpful, and she made me feel really welcome. The room was spacious, very clean, cozy, and nicely arranged. Everything was perfect for a comfortable stay — I truly enjoyed

This is a family business with B& B above a bakery/Café/bar. All staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice, modern/chique and clean. Same applies to the bathroom. Although the room pointed to the main road (which was quiet at night), the double glazed windows/ balcony doors kept any noise out. Very comfy bed with good mattress. Breakfast was very good. You could literally ask for what you wanted from their bakery and they made us an omelette!

Friendly welcome. Sabrina was lovely, and her son could speak English, which made our check in very easy. Clean, tastefully decorated room. The paticerria was 10/10

Getting to the entrance may look a bit tricky at first - but don't let that despair you: this place is truly a gem! Our room was very comfortable (had the best sleep in a good while), and freshly renovated: everything felt like new. The breakfast was simply superb (served with a big smile), and the lady of the house (along with her son Matteo) are genuinely kind people who make you feel right at home. Thank you for a fabolous stay!

“Nice accommodation with perfect Italian breakfast”

We enjoyed the spacious, modern and very well equipped room with comfortable beds. Very friendly personnel at the reception and excellent breakfast selection in the downstairs (own) pasticceria! The 7 apartments, all on the 2nd floor and accessible with elevator, are quite close to the highway entry/ exit of Pedaso. Hence, this is a conveniently located starting point for any excursions in the near region.

Everything is perfect, facilities are clean and new. Very close to the coast that you can easily access to the beach after a 10-min walk. The staff here is super friendly, a ma'am even drove us to Pedaso station! Good memory and impression, you can see different beautiful views in this town.

The location was ideal being close to the beach and restaurants within easy walking distance. But the best of all was the very helpful and friendly staff, where no request was too hard and the results were well above being excellent. Totally recommend it to anybody.

It is a family run property, very friendly, with a lot of care about the guests! We enjoyed so much staying there and already missing it! The property is very good located: an optimal location close to the see, park, shops and quiet at the same time. A good free public parking is within 2 min from the property. A very good breakfast ( also”a la carte”) was included in our room price, it was served in the cafe, with a feeling to be served in a good restaurant! We booked a studio, which has a very large terrace. Very convenient in the summer time. All facilities are new. In just few meters from the property ( literally, the next door), there is a laundry point, which is very convenient if you stay longer and need to use it. The see site is reachable by foot or by car (easy to park). A lot of different restaurants, bars are around.

Everything exceptional - room(s), breakfast, service, location (3 min walking to the beach, close to highway) and owners. We were lucky to have the opportunity to stay one additional night.
