I would say, we liked everything: the room is tastefully furnished, it is very clean, the neighborhood is fantastic and our host, Irene, is the kindest host we have ever met. She prepared cakes for the breakfast, there was also home-made jam and she also packed some cakes for us for our long trip. We absolutely recommend this accomodation.

“A glorious stay with a wonderful host.”

An immaculate, beautifully appointed room with stunning views across the farm and countryside from our little table outside. Irene was the most delightful and welcoming host. Breakfast was delicious - all homemade with plenty of hot, tasty coffee. We wished we could have stayed longer - it was all so wonderful in such a convenient location for so many beautiful villages and towns.

“Tuscany in one week”

The location is good, Peccioli is a beautiful little town. We went by car and each day we visit different great locations in Tuscany. Good breakfast. The rooms are very clean. The owners are great, very helpfull and nice. Grazie Irene

Very quiet location. Very clean. Excellent breakfast. Coffee, milk, tea, juice at your discretion. The host prepared for us 2-3 dishes every morning, in addition to bread, butter and some types of home-made jam. It is true that it was cake, croissant or pudding, but they were very good. It is also wonderful to sit in the rocking chair in the evening, in a deafening silence and watch the fireflies flying in front of you and the stars in the sky. Peccioli was a wonderful surprise too. Communication with the host was relatively easy, in English, Italian or both together. We will definitely come back here!

Nice view, warm atmosphere, beautiful room design, clean bathroom. Very kind and helpful owner. She prepared us cold water in the fridge. Tasty homemade tart, cake and jams for breakfast.

The breakfast was good fruit juice croissants yoghurt home made cake and coffee and tea the location was just outside the town of Peccioli. The bedroom and bathroom was beautiful and the area was nice.The lady of the house was very pleasant and kind and very helpful we had a lovely stay.

Everything was bright clean!!! The bed was very convenient! The bathroom was very clean and well equipped!!! There were different fine pastries for breakfast with fantastic home made james. All in all I offer this apartment it wirth the money. You will sleep well and the location of the house is breathtaking. Piece and quite and you can reach any part of Toscana very easily! Dear Irene!
