It was the second time for us to stay here and it was excellent again!

“Hidden beauty of Italy”

Everything was perfect. The location, the apartment, the cleanliness of the aparment, the parking place, the hospitality of the owners. It was more than 40°C over the day and when we arrived they were waiting for us with a big bottle of ice cold water.

The accommodation experience started with the owner who waited for us until late in the evening until 10 pm, to hand over the keys and explain the customs of the house. The apartment is very clean, you say you are in a 5-star hotel. Everything smells nice, the linen is clean and smells nice. The beds in the bedrooms (2) are large with good mattresses and soft pillows. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare the next day's meal, after which you supply yourself. The apartment is a pleasure, because it is right in the middle of the town of Peccioli. The pictures are extraordinary and prove to you that you are in Tuscany, which you have dreamed of for so long. If you have more luggage, you can enter by car in the evening, up to the middle of the market and unload the luggage, after which you take the car to the multi-storey and free (for you) parking lot of the city. Visit all 5 villages that are part of a financing project, because they are lovely. You have paintings on the wall. I was lucky to take a great picture, because it rained in the evening and when I woke up the next morning at 6 to take a picture of the surroundings, I saw that the esplanade was as if frozen and the fog was floating in the distance, just like in the movies about Tuscany . The host is a nice lady with whom it is a pleasure to talk.

Cosy, sunny, modern apartment with beautiful views over the Tuscan hills. Host Laura is kind and helpful, easy communication with her. Good location to discover Pisa, Lucca even Florence by car

Host arranged to meet us at the carpark entrance to show us the parking and apartment. AMAZING view from the apartment. Comfortable, modern, clean amenities that suited our family of four. Included parking was great as we had a car to travel to nearby locations (e.g., Florence, Pisa, Siena). Lovely old town to explore and enjoyed the art and nearby walks.

The view is spectacular. It by itself would be enough, but the apartment is also very clean, well equipped, spacious, and the owners very friendly and helpful. The view out the window is really great, also helped by the fact there are no paved roads in that area so it's quiet, undisturbed rolling hills, with almost no buildings and just a 7 km track for a very nice walk.

Stunning tuscany view from windows. Apartment has probably the best location in Peccioli. In the heart of Peccioli oldtown. Apartment looks like newly decorated and extraordinary clean. Super hosts!

Everything was amazing!!!

I booked this property for my family and they absolutely loved it! The view is astonishing, the apartment is located in the best spot in Peccioli, it is bright, quiet and equipped with all amenities. Laura took great care of us and even let us use their parking spot. Check-in/out procedures were also smooth. It's a solid 10!!
